★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 徳川・織田連合軍対武田軍の設楽原の戦いと言えば、火縄銃ですね。火縄銃がいろいろ展示されています。また、合戦を含めた歴史を分かりやすく説明されています。
火縄銃よりも相手の馬を防ぐ馬防柵が重要な役割を果たしたんですね。
屋上からは設楽原の風景を見ることができます。
近くに両軍の戦死者を弔った塚があります。

火縄銃の象がん、装飾が綺麗でした。
The materials of Tadanari Iwase, a local great man who was active in the battle of Shitarahara, matchlock guns and diplomacy at the end of the Edo period, are lined up in the not-so-large building.

火縄銃の数が凄いです。
見応えはあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長篠城の資料館と共通の入場券が購入できます。この2箇所はそんなに離れていないので、セットで見学されると良いと思います。長篠・設楽原の合戦にまつわる展示物のほかにも、この地の出身の岩瀬忠震公が幕末の開国にいかに貢献されたかが詳しく説明されていました。とても勉強になりました。
