9:00~17:00までが窓口の相談受付時間だそうですが、16:45ごろお伺いしたにも関わらず、女性のフィナンシャルプランナーさんのような行員の方から大変丁寧に様々なことを教えて頂けました。混んでなかったしよかったです。今後もお世話になると思います。やっぱり人って大切ですね!
It seems that the consultation reception time at the counter is from 9:00 to 17:00, but despite the fact that I visited around 16:45, a staff member like a female financial planner gave me a lot of polite things. Stay away from the Shinsei. They blocked my account. Seven phone calls and over three hours they drive around in circles and me to madness. More than two weeks I haven't had access to my account.

Really poor customer service. Dont bother to try to help whatever is the problem. The receptionists are useless (came at different time, different days.). The manager of the bank doesnt seems to care much about their customer either.

they have selectively negative attitude towards foreigners. you might experience rejection of certain services (loan, credit) just because of being non japanese (family status doesn't matter to them).

I don’t speak the best Japanese but I hope they treat Japanese looking people better than they did me. I chose this bank because the website is easy to navigate in English, but they are very quick to say “we can’t do that here” and just send me to their website. They don’t even bother to tell me how to get what I want. Better customer service at the 7-11 next door.
