R	Reginald Dizon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite ramen chains in Japan. Each branch pretty much tastes the same, they all taste good no matter which one you visit. This branch though has a cold water tap right in front of you, other branches have the tap/water fountain elsewhere in the restaurant.

What I appreciate the most is the way you can customize your ramen to your liking. You can take your standard ramen and really make it your personal experience. For example, I requested a more firm noodle, spice for a little heat, a little more garlic and richness for my desired flavor and green onion as my staple topping. I compared my ramen to my partner's and there is a significant difference in taste The fact that the cooks really respect and deliver on the customers requests really show their attention to detail. The room itself is rather neat. Everyone is placed in their own seat with some barriers to separate each customer at the bar. This is rather hard to explain but it creates a very isolated environment that places the customer and their ramen together. This sort of atmosphere creates a unique moment in time where the customer, ramen and servers are the only things that matter, and everything else comes second. It's really a relaxing and I highly recommend it to everyone. I apologize for not taking a photo of the interior, I got too excited to do so once my ramen arrived and the server window closed.

Pricing slightly high in Japan standards as the dining experience more like fast food quick and go. Spent USD30 for two. Self service order. 6/10.

They have a whole philosophy of treating customers with kindness and nice words, if you’re around Kyoto you HAVE to try it. The food is delicious, every time, the service is fast and the price is great for the quality.
O	OI WAN TAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up going here at dinner time and the line was pretty long but moved quickly. The menu is available in English and ordering is very easy. You'll star by being shown to a seat. Fill out the noodle order form with what you want. Ring the bell. Hand them the order form and you'll have delicious noodles in just a few minutes. The broth is flavorful and rich, noodles have good snap and chew. When you're done, you can ask for more with another add-on order form, or take your check and bring it to the cashier. All the seating is really for 1 person just to focus on their noodles so it's not good for groups.

This was my wife's first time trying ramen, and she absolutely loved it. Please open a location in Houston Texas! I know it would do amazingly well, and we will be regular customers haha. As for our experience, we didn't have any negative things to say at all. The staff was super nice, the instructions to order were clear, and the food was delicious. Thank you, for making this an experience to remember.
