お刺身定食。ホタテやアカガイはパックから出したままな感じですが、マグロは柵の状態から切り分ける。ホタルイカは丁寧に硬い目玉を手作業で取り、ご主人の料理の丁寧さが伺えます！会長が食べきれなかったお刺身もいただき、たいへんお腹一杯になりました❗
残念ポイントはショーケース内の魚の新鮮さが感じられなかったのと醤油口が詰まっていて、醤油が出なかった点。
衛生的にって言う人がいるかもしれませんが、僕はこじんまりとした地元の人しか来なそうなこんなお店は大好きです。

Sashimi set meal. Scallops and ark shells are left out of the pack, but tuna are cut from the fence. Firefly squid carefully picks up the hard eyeballs by hand, and you can see the politeness of the master's cooking! I was very full with the sashimi that the chairman couldn't eat ❗
Unfortunately, I couldn't feel the freshness of the fish in the showcase and the soy sauce mouth was clogged, so the soy sauce didn't come out.
Some might say it's hygienic, but I love this kind of store, where only small locals come.
