カニ刺し、焼き、鍋、〆の雑炊と愉しみました。
ごちそうさまでした。

見てビックリしましたが、生け簀でカニが活きていますので、自分の予算にあわせたカニを選んで、カニの値段プラスサービス料金10%、調理代金10%を支払ってさばいてもらいます。6千円のカニで、刺し身と、焼きガニと、お鍋を注文しました。お鍋は、雑炊セットで、プラス1100円だったでしょうか。
間人か、津居山で水揚げされたカニだそうです。
とんでもなく美味しかったです。
席は少なめですので、予約はとれるみたいです。心配なら席の予約をしておいた方が良いかもです。スタッフさんの皆さんも対応良かったと思います。ご馳走さまでした。
いつかは生け簀にありました25000円の間人ガニを食べてみたいです！

この日頂いたのは、カニトロロ丼（1,580円）?
サービスと思われる前菜がとても美味しかったです♪（お酒が呑めないのが口惜しいほどに）
そしてメインの丼ですが、殻を剥くのが面倒くさい自分としては剥き身のカニがドサッと乗った丼はありがたく、またトロロと出汁との相性も良く、ぺろりと平らげてしまいました。
お店のおすすめメニューとしては、生簀に入った活き蟹を選んで食すカニコース（5,000円〜）だそうで、他テーブルでは美味しそうにカニを食されている方々がおられました。
支払いはPayPayなどキャッシュレスも使えました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海鮮丼注文。3500円位。蟹スカスカ、イクラとビール飲んで終わり。騙された。ショック。二度とあの近辺にはいかない。誕生日だいなし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日に開店時間の11時に予約を入れて訪問したので離湖を見渡せる一番良い席に案内してもらえました。
相方はお刺身定食、私はかにとろろ丼、そして其々、生牡蠣、焼き牡蠣を注文。かにとろろ丼はボリュームが少なかったので追加で注文した牡蠣も余裕で食すことができました。生牡蠣は一口では食べ切らないほど大きかったです。
あっという間に満席になって待っている人もいました。可能であれば電話予約していかれると良いと思います。また、忙しいようで、注文してから出てくるのに少し時間がかかります。
干物屋さんらしく外でイカが回転している景色が面白かったです。
