s	sanae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 孫の誕生日のお祝いで初めて利用させていただきました。メールで問い合わせしましたがすぐ返信してくださり何度もやり取りさせていただきました。しかも遠くまで送迎してくださりなかなか引き受けてくれないところばかりだったのでありがたかったです。コース料理でしたがどれも本当に美味しくてお酒も種類豊富で満足して帰りました。オーナーも社員の方もとても感じがよくまたゆっくり行きたいと思えるお店でした！ I used it for the first time to celebrate my grandson's birthday. I made an inquiry by e-mail, but he replied immediately and exchanged many times. Moreover, I was grateful that all the places were picked up from a long distance and were not easily accepted. It was a course meal, but all of them were really delicious and there was a wide variety of sake, so I was satisfied with my return. シ	シュワイP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年の私の誕生日に家族4人で来店しました。店内は洒落た和風レストランみたいでとても良いです。和風レストランのチェーン店だと思ったくらいです。十割蕎麦、天ぷら蕎麦（二八蕎麦）、レディース膳を頼みました。そして肝心の蕎麦ですが、十割蕎麦も二八蕎麦も普通の味でした。（長野県は美味しい盛り蕎麦を出すお蕎麦屋さんが本当に多いので厳しいですよね。というか、蕎麦って難しいですよね。。）蕎麦の量は少ないです。この量だと価格はどうしても高いと感じます。店員さんの対応について他の人も色々と書かれていますが、お店の洒落た雰囲気に対して確かに店員さんの態度はけっこう微妙でした。（誕生月だとデザートサービスしてもらえるとメニューに書かれていたので、私の誕生日ということもありその旨を伝えたのですが、結局、デザートは食べられませんでした。まあ、それ自体は構わないんですが、ただ、もう少し言い方ってあるんじゃない？とは思いました）厳しいことばかりを書いてしまい申し訳ないとは思いますが、このお店は蕎麦以外の和食系やお酒のメニューが充実していますし店内は広くて洒落てますから、子供を連れてのママ会とか、友人同士とかで酒をちょびちょび飲みながらというのであれば良いお店だと思います。 I came to the store with four family members on my birthday last year. ケ	ケン坊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年程前の来店時の事なので今は改善されているかもしれません。５人で来店うち２名なっちょ利用。私もうっかりしていましたが、なっちょはカウンターとのこと。しかし、言い方にトゲがあった。２名はカウンターに移動するか、５人全員カウンターに移動してくださいとのこと。え？５人で食事に来ているのに二人はカウンターか、横並びに５人座れと？仕方なくなっちょ利用は諦めて通常料金で食事を済ませました。通常料金にすると店員の女性の態度は良くなりました。臨機応変な対応を望みます。支払い料金で態度を変えるのはプロとしてどうなんでしょうか。ガッカリしすぎて味は覚えていません。返信ありがとうございます。前記のように私もうっかりしていました。しかし、接客態度が変化したのは事実です。そして、オーナー様の言い方もどうかと思います。値引きしてやるんだからと聞こえますよ。接客態度の変化に謝ることも出来ない、そんな対応がなっちょ利用のお客様の口コミの悪さもあるんだと思います。なっちょには親子三世代で楽しめる店と書いてあるのに別々で座れと言われた身にもなってほしかっただけです。　以上 It was when I visited the store about a year ago, so it may be improved now. 5 people come to the store and 2 of them use it. Both of them are very tasty, particularly Soba noodles were fantastic. The price is not inexpensive however I believe it is commensurate with the dishes’ quality. Credit card and PayPay are acceptable to pay. A big car parking lot is available.
