契約書を書いてから一切連絡がなく
契約したらそれで満足なのかなって思う感じで
他の不動産で契約をすればよかったと思いました。
『鍵の連絡待っていたのですが』と
メールしても来なかったので電話したら
昨日一昨日とお休みでと言われて
何年も働いている人が言うとは考えられない
ことを言われました…。
もう何も言い返す気にもなれず呆れました。

その時にネットで何件も検索して、こちらの不動産屋さんのホームページなどを見たら、圧倒的に多数の物件を取り扱っており、お部屋の写真も多く写真自体とても綺麗でわかりやすかったので、もしかしたら理想の部屋を探してくれるかもと思い、ダメ元で相談の電話をしました。
遠方にもかかわらず親切に対応してくださり、学区内かつ間取りは2dk以上、部屋の向きは南向き、家賃は出来るだけ安くなどなど…
かなりわがままな内容でお願いしましたが、その日のうちに希望に沿う物件を何件か絞ってくれました！
迅速かつ丁寧な対応で、契約もスムーズに終わり、理想通りの部屋に引っ越す事ができて、とても良かったです！

ただ、内見時に担当の方が不在で代わりに対応してくださった方が、何を聞いても終始「担当じゃないので」「分からないです」と言った様子不安になりました。担当でないにしろ、代わりなのだなら、来る前にある程度物件の情報はおさえてくる、それまでのやりとりを確認してくることは基本では、、？あるいは来れない担当者がちゃんと引き継ぎをするべきでは、、？
"担当じゃない方"がどこか他人事なのがとても気になりました。
それ以外は良かったです。ありがとうございました。
