個人的には、優しい甘さの餡でつくられるどら焼き(バター入りのものも人気です)や、季節限定のいちご大福がお勧めです。
Feel free to come by, such as visitors and offerings, and buy 2 and 3 pieces.
Personally, we recommend dorayaki (buttered ones are popular) made with sweet sweet potato, and seasonal strawberry Daifuku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年この時期苺大福を楽しみにしています。安定のどら焼きの美味しさは勿論の事、看板娘のこころちゃんの可愛い過ぎる接客の爆発力でつい買いすぎてしまうのが難点❗️
I look forward to Ichigo Daifuku every year at this time. The drawback of stable dorayaki, of course, is that it is difficult to buy too much due to the explosive power of the cute daughter of the signboard girl, Kokoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩田に来たらおススメの和菓子屋さんです。アリオ上田店でも販売してる。あんバターどら焼きが美味しい。つぶあんの豆の粒も絶妙に調理されてて甘さも控えめです。饅頭や苺大福、生どら焼きなども販売してます。梅光堂さんのつぶあんは上田市で一番だと思います。
I'm a Japanese sweet shop recommended as I come to Shiota. I also sell it at Ario Ueda store. Anbatata dorayaki is delicious. Tsubuanbean grains are cooked exquisitely and sweetness is discreet. I am selling buns, strawberry Daifuku, raw dumplings, etc. I think Umeido's Tsubu-an is the most in Ueda city.

あんこが美味しいので、どら焼きやバタどらがおすすめです。栗、というお菓子も美味しいです。これは白あんの中に栗が丸ごと入っているお菓子です。

何より桜の葉の塩加減が最高で、あんことの相性が抜群です。
あんこのくちどけ感や甘さが私好み。
あんバターどら焼きは袋の中にあんこが溢れていました。
粒あんの炊き方が絶妙です。
シーズン限定のいちご大福は作る日と数量が限られているようで
予約していただきました。
