冨	冨正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業明治二年とのこと、地元で永く愛されている和菓子屋さんです。代表する銘菓には上皇上皇合両陛下にお召し上がり頂いた蕎麦味噌饅頭「奏龍」は信州真田町産粗挽き蕎麦、信州長和町産韃靼蕎麦、信州上田武石産大豆味噌を使用していて地元愛満載です。食べた時にコクのある蕎麦の風味に味噌の香ばしさがまとわり、満足感があって最高に美味しかったです。他に地元米粉と甘酒のケーキ「カモシビト」は小麦粉、乳製品、膨張剤不使用で、初めて出会う旨味と添付されていた小豆餡と甘酒が良く合って、必ずリピートしたいです。他にもおやきや兵糧餅、味噌も購入させていただきましたが、どれもみんな美味しかったです。品揃えも多く、上田市在住の方が羨ましいです。家族四人で製造販売されているそうで、大変だと思いますが、末永く頑張っていただけると有難いです。 It is a Japanese sweets shop that has been loved by the locals for a long time since it was founded in the second year of the Meiji era.
