JR新宿駅からほど近く、京王線新宿駅は直ぐという便利な立地にある。東京海上日動のビルの中にあり、名前が変わってつるかめクリニックとなった。土曜日も夕方まで診察してくれるので助かる。 入口で感染対策もしっかりとしてあり、受付で検温もする。感染に関しての問診もあり徹底している。 広い窓が明るい待合室から、診察室に入ると親切な先生の応対でとても気持ちが落ち着いた。 薬も受付で出してくれるので、薬局に行く手間が無くて嬉しい。 平日は健康診断、人間ドックの人がとても多く少し混み合っていた。 胃カメラも上手な先生で眠っている間に検査終了。 次は健康診断でお世話になりたい。

何度か伺いましたが、もう行きません…。 了解も安く内部で薬を処方していただき、対応が良かったため、何度か伺っておりました。 しかし、1年ほど前に喉の外部の腫れと、扁桃腺付近の痛みと呼吸の苦しさで伺ったところ、素人目に見ても炎症が起きていることは明らかなのに、とりあえず様子を見てとのことで、抗生剤を希望したのにも関わらず、カロナールの痛み止めだけでした。 首の腫れも痛みもどんどん酷くなっていき、いただいた痛み止めも効かず、流石におかしいと思い、別の耳鼻咽喉科の先生に伺ったところ、甲状腺が腫れているとのことで、大きな病院を紹介してもらい、結果は橋本病でした。 腫れもは血液が首に固まっていたとのことで、すぐに抜いてもらいました。 恐らく、当日伺った時にいらっしゃった先生は耳鼻咽喉科の先生ではなく、知識もなかったのだと思います。受付の方も、先生に診察可能か伺うとおっしゃいました。 わからないにらわからないで、別の病院を紹介するなりすることもできたと思います。なぜ診察できると言ったのか、診察できるなら適切な処置や適切な病院への誘導などをするべきだと思います。患者の訴えも聞かずに様子見としたことなど、不信感しかありません。 初めに伺ったときの優しい良い先生はいるのかもしれませんが、専門ではない先生がいる曜日はおすすめできません。

脳外科の医師が大変高齢で全くお勧め出来ない。 医師自身の耳が遠いのか同じ事を何度も聞かれ、大声で対応させられ余計に具合が悪くなった。 問診票に書いてある以外の症状を訴えたら、書いてある事と全く違うと罵倒された。看護師に嗜められていたが、パソコンの入力が大変なようで、正しく診察出来るのか心配になった。

漢方センターに通ってます。 何をしても良くならなかったのに、親身に症状を聞いて診ていただけて、的確に漢方出していただき、少しずつ体調が良くなっています。 同じ病院が良いかとリウマチ科も受けて、初めは「なんでここにきた?」「前に行ってた所に行けば良いんじゃない?」と診てもらえないのかな?と悲しく感じましたが、最終的にはしっかり検査してもらえて判断してもらえました。

循環器科でお世話になっています。担当の先生はもちろん、受付の方、看護師の方、検査技師の方皆さんこちらの話をよく聞いてくださりとても親切で優しいです。受付の女性でお一人、涙が出そうなくらい優しい方がいらっしゃいます。担当医の次の診察まで日数があり症状が悪化したため不安で電話をしたところ親身になって機転を利かせた対応をしてくださいました。今まで何度か電話で問い合わせをしていますが他の方もとても感じが良いです。具合が悪く不安な時に、医師や受付に横柄な態度や邪険に扱われて嫌な思いをしたことが何度もありましたがこちらの病院はそのようなことは皆無です。診療科もたくさんあり医師のレベルも高いので安心できます。待ち時間が長いという口コミもありますが、その分丁寧に診察に時間をかけている証拠なので気になりません。担当の先生は、心配で何度も同じ質問をしても嫌な顔ひとつせず安心できるまで説明をしてくれ、緊張をほぐすためか冗談を言ったり明るい雰囲気で診察して下さり助かりました。今後も何かあったらこちらで診ていただくことに決めました。やっと信頼できる病院に出会えて良かったです。

職場に近く何度かお世話になっていますが、糖尿内科の女医の態度に不信感を募らせています。 職場の健康診断で昨年、高コレステロール高血糖のため、要再検査と診断され、受診しました。複数の科を受診しひとまずは経過観察という事で、治療等はありませんでした。その時対応していただいた先生方は、丁寧に対応していただいた記憶があります。 しかし今年の健康診断では要治療と診断され、治療を受けたいと受診しました。 ですが、再検査を繰り返し、平常値からどの値がオーバーしていてもまだ若いから治療はいらないの一点張り。安くない検査費を何度も払い、あなたが治療したいなら薬を出してもいいけどそれは私(医者)が決めることだから、と。 このまま投薬を含め治療はして貰えないのではと思っています。 生活習慣や食生活の改善が必要だとは言われるでしょうが、それが難しいので病院にたよりたいのに、若いからで全て片付けられるなら検査費受診費を返して欲しい。 要治療との診断が出ている以上、なぜ治療が要らないのか若さではなく、患者が納得出来る説明をして欲しいです。 検査をしても数値を見て、これがどういう状況なのか説明もなし。確かに治療の必要不要は素人の患者には判断できませんが、数値が赤字で印字されているんだから、対策が必要なのは分かります。最初から私を診る気はなかったのでは無いでしょうか。次回も予約してしまいましたが、やはり不愉快です。

院内は古めかしい感じだけど、健診は丁寧でとてもよかった。 胃カメラの喉の麻酔、たっぷりつかってくれるのでしっかり効いたしカメラも細めでよかった。(個人的に喉の麻酔少ないと心配になるので) 看護師さんのフォローも的確で丁寧。胃カメラの後ティッシュたっぷり×3回渡してくれました。 待合の席の横で身長とか体重とか血圧を測定するので、学校の身体測定さながらでなんだか楽しかったです。 狭いけど導線がよく考えられているのとスタップの連携がよく、どの検査も待ち時間数分。かなりの人数がおりましたが流れがとてもスムーズでした。 あと、全体的に部屋があったかい。冬はうれしい。 年齢的にマンモグラフィ受けたけど、乳腺の濃度的にまだ超音波のほうがいいよとアドバイスいただいた。今まで40歳超えたらマンモと思っていたが、向き不向きを丁寧に説明していただき理解できたので、来年は超音波を受けたいと思う。 婦人科系の説明は特に詳細だったけど、どのスタッフも医師も説明が丁寧でわかりやすくテキパキしている。健診クリニックにありがちな、やるきなしスタッフがいない。来年もここで受けたい。
