★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日咳と頭痛で診察を受けたが、普通のクリニックだった。口コミを見る限り、自分が当たったドクターが良い方だったのかもしれないと思った。受付と院内の雰囲気は良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に検査に行ったときの先生はとても良かったです。しっかり話を聞いてくれて、可能性の部分まで説明してくれました。丁寧な先生だなととても好印象でした。しっかりコロナ対策もされている、穏やかな先生でした。
ですが次に行った際は別の少し若い男性医師(とすら言いたくない)で、「数値は基準値内です」とだけで終わり。症状は出てるんだけどなぁ、と不安になっているところに「前回僕診てないから分からないんですけど」という一言で、はぁ？となりました。なんのためのカルテですか？
最初の先生は、数値には出なくても症状が出ることは多いと説明をしてくれましたが、そういったことも対策の話も一切なく。こちらから質問がなければ「以上。」といった態度。
実際に症状が出たからこちらは検査に行って、専門的な知識があるだろう医師を頼っているのに、数値伝えるだけが医師の仕事ですか？がっかりでした。
前回の先生がいるか訊いてから行けばよかったと心から後悔。こんなに差があることも、早く結果を聞きたいと思うことがアダになるとも思いもしなかったです。
遅くまでやってるし受付の雰囲気はよいので、ちゃんとした先生にさえ当たれば良いクリニックだと思います。

The first teacher explained that there are many symptoms that do not appear in the numbers, but there is no such thing or talk about countermeasures. If there is no question from here, the attitude is "more than that."
Since I actually had symptoms, I went to the test and relied on a doctor who would have specialized knowledge, but is it the doctor's job to just tell the numbers? I was disappointed.
I sincerely regret that I should have gone after asking if there was a teacher last time. I never thought that there would be such a difference, and that I would like to hear the results as soon as possible.
I'm working late and the reception atmosphere is good, so I think it's a clinic where you only need to meet a proper teacher.

公費患者は寒くても外、実費患者は室内。
予約してるのにどんどん実費患者優先で捌いてるような気がする。
ひどいことするなーと、悲しくなりました。考え直してほしいです。
到着時、狭いエレベーターホール(写真)に6人もいてびっくりしました。
医療従事者の事考えたらコレも対策なんでしょうけど、椅子用意するとか、ヒーター置くとかもう少し寄り添った考え方を期待したいです?

Publicly funded patients are outside even if it is cold, and actual cost patients are indoors.

If you think about medical professionals, this may be a countermeasure, but I would like to expect a little closer thinking such as preparing a chair or putting a heater ?

唾液によるコロナpcr検査を行っただけで、腹部触診、問診といった診察行為はなく驚きました。
web問診に現病歴を記載したので必要なかったのかもしれませんが、病状に関する説明もなく、薬出しときますねでスピーディーに終わりました。
自分としてはコロナなのかどうか、コロナじゃなければなんなのかが気になっていたのですがそういった説明は一切ありませんでした。
内科診察をお願いしていたはずだったのになとがっかりしましたが、早くpcr検査をするためのクリニックだったのかもしれません。
後日別な病院を受診して、丁寧な診察を行っていただき、ウイルス性の腸炎疑いとなりました。病状説明も分かりやすく安心しました。
クリニックごと置かれている立場が違うのだと思いました。祝日でも検査をしていただけたのはありがたいです。

At a later date, I visited another hospital and had a careful examination, and I was suspected of having viral enteritis. I was relieved that the explanation of the medical condition was easy to understand.
I thought that the position of each clinic was different. I am grateful that you were able to inspect even on public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱があり伺いまして、受付でpcrと溶連菌の検査を受けたいと伝えました。
自分の番が来て看護師さんに案内されたのですが、男性の先生が
「ここじゃなくてあっち！こ困るんだよこっちに案内されちゃ〜！」
と怒鳴りつけていて不愉快な気持ちになりました。
また、「溶連菌は何で受けたいの？」と聞かれ
「毎年なっていたので一応検査したいです。」と伝えたところ、「検査のキッドが切れてるから喉見て判断するね、まあ本当は見たくないんだけど」(見た後に)「うん、これだけじゃ判断できないね〜」と言われました。
びっくりして笑ってしまいましたが、私は診察代もしっかり払っていますし医者なんだから文句言わず見てほしいなと思いました。
受付の方はとても良い方で看護師さんも優しかったですが、とっっても不快な気持ちになりました。
お会計等はスピーディでとても良かったです。

とても最悪なクリニックだと思います。
扁桃炎の疑いがあったのでこちら受診しました。仕事終わりにやっているところもなく、ここだけが唯一行ける場所だったのでとりあえず診てもらおうという考えでした。
行ってみると、コロナだと決めつけらるような言い方ばかりされました。
それはコロナの可能性が高いから、とかコロナだと思う、とかこちらの話はほぼ聞かずに一方的な言い方。
今の症状を再度伝え、その上で扁桃炎や咽頭炎の可能性はないのかと聞いたところ、喉を見てみないと分からないと言われました。
その後、喉を見てもらえるのかと思ったら一切見ずに薬出すとだけ言われ診察は終了。
診察と言いつつ、こちらと医師の間に距離もあったので診察では無いと思います。
ただの会話のようなものだけで済ませ、結局2500円請求。
その後、念の為PCRを受けましたがもちろん陰性。
別の病院で診察してもらったところ、やはり扁桃炎でした。ちゃんと喉を見てもらい、その後治療もして貰いましたが2500円よりも安い金額です。
いい加減な診察、それに合わない金額の請求、本当に最悪な場所だと思いました。
二度と行くことは無いです。
医師によるのかもしれませんが、お金と時間を無駄にする場所だと思いました。

Although it is called a medical examination, I don't think it is a medical examination because there was a distance between me and the doctor.
It's just like a conversation, and I ended up charging 2500 yen.
After that, I received PCR just in case, but of course it was negative.
When I was examined at another hospital, I still had tonsillitis. I had them look at my throat properly and then treated me, but it is cheaper than 2500 yen.
I thought it was a really bad place to have a sloppy medical examination and a bill that didn't fit.
I will never go again.
Maybe it depends on the doctor, but I thought it was a place to waste money and time.

喉を見てもらったりなどの診察はなかったですが、すぐにPCR検査が受けられてよかったです。21時までやってもらって助かりました！
口コミを見てあまり期待はしていなかったのですがきちんと診察してもらいたいか、すぐにPCR検査してもらいたいかで意見が割れてるのかなと思いました。
私はすぐにPCR検査受けたかったので満足してます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time to get a PCR test. I was able to book my appointment online and went to the clinic on the same day. I opted to take an appointment at 19:20. I did not have to wait but I heard that for the appointment at 18:00 it was really crowded. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
The staff were polite and tried to explain in English as much as they could but otherwise there were no English signs in the clinic. They take health insurance so I only had to pay about ¥3,000.
Got my result before 10 the next day.
The place is small but they try to open windows and doors wherever possible to have circulation which made the place really hot during the summer months.
