★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨漏りで壊れた家電の保険申請をしました。
2ヶ月後、受領した写真では損害状況が分からないので全損の証明がないとお金出せませんと言われました。
最初は写真だけでいいと言われたのに2ヶ月後にこれは酷すぎます。廃棄してるに決まってますよね。
その後も確認出来る書類がないと出せませんと一点張り
最初と話違うし悪質すぎます。
 I applied for insurance for home appliances that were damaged by a leak.
Two months later, I was told that I wouldn't be able to pay without proof of total loss because I couldn't see the damage situation from the photo I received.
At first I was told that I only needed photos, but two months later this was too terrible. It's decided to dispose of it.
Even after that, if there are no documents that can be confirmed, it will not be possible to issue it
It's different from the beginning and it's too malicious.
