み	みく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 未経験で事務経験もないが、CADオペレーター希望し、お仕事紹介願いました。場所も遠いことから落とされる面談をしたくないからその場合面談を進めないでほしいと釘も刺しました。もちろんそんなことないですよと仰られました。紹介された会社に伺いました。まず、最初にあったコーディネーター？の方とは違う人でむだに2人もいました。1人は終始ぶすっとしてました。面談にいくも、面接で明らかにCAD経験者もしくは事務経験者が欲しい感じであり、最後にこちらから質問した際、経験者が多く採用されているが、未経験者でも採用された実績もあることはあります。といった反応。それはアウェイな空気になるはず。なんで紹介したんだろ、あなたにあう企業はないですと最初から言って欲しかった。面談後、その企業に私は合わないと申し出たがとりあえず企業の回答を待つようにゴリ押しされ、帰りました。とても、時間を無駄にした気分でした。とにかくアットキャドはおすすめできないです。でも、これが現実なのかな...いい会社の口コミできるようにがんばります！笑 Inexperienced and no clerical experience, but wanted a CAD operator and asked for a job introduction. a	a a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 採用試験は超適当で誰でも採用します。その後就業した後は、スタッフを物としか見てません。サポートやケアも全く無い、ベースアップも全く無い、ゴミのような扱いをされます。派遣で登録しようとしてる方は絶対に、止めたほうがいいです。もっといい派遣会社は沢山あるはずです。ホームページに書いてある事は全部嘘です。研修も何もやってくれません。マジで止めたほうがいいです。補足ベースアップについて担当に交渉しましたが、のらりくらいと逃げられました。働いてる派遣先で他の派遣会社から来てる方は年ごとに少しずつベースアップしてるらしいです。そこの担当はダメ元で派遣先に交渉してくれるらしいです。アットキャドは交渉もしてくれません。派遣先に交渉もしたくない、ベースアップもしたくない理由が何かあるんでしょうかね？他の口コミで書かれてる金パツの担当の方はお願いした事をメモにとってメモにとった事を忘れてるような人でした。大学生がサークルのノリで起業したような会社です。 Recruitment examination is super appropriate and anyone will adopt.
