最初はなかなかうまくいかなかったポーズも今ではすんなりできるほどに。インストラクターさん方も優しくて続けられてます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社帰りに溶岩浴や体幹が鍛えられるヨガに通っています。疲れた時や気分が優れない時、少し体を動かすだけで、身体が芯から温まりスッキリして気持ちが良くなります。水分量を取らなかった自分でしたが、水素水が飲み放題ですし水を飲むようなり代謝が良くなった気がします。お陰様で今では、肌の調子やダイエット効果もあり、楽しく通っています。

入会の際に翌月のレッスンスケジュールは20日ぐらいに出ると聞いたのに基本的に28日ぐらいに出ます…
仕事を調整して行けるのですが、2～3日前じゃさすがに調整出来ず前半のレッスンが行けません。
出来ることなら翌月のレッスンは15日ぐらいに出ると有難いです。
引っ越しのため退会しないとならないのですが
いつも明るく対応して頂けるスタッフさんは
大好きです！
