スマホケースが欲しくて入店。店員全員接客中だからしょうがないな混んでるし。と商品見たりうろうろして待つ。 店員何人か行き来するがみんな素通り。いっしゃいませも少々お待ちくださいもない。 とりあえず待つが、誰も声かけなし。我慢できずレジに移動した店員にここでつったってればいいの?と聞くと今混んでるんでぇ?ってそりゃ見りゃわかる!それなりの案内あるだろ? そして奥から休憩開け?の男の店員出てくるが対応なし。 接客終えた女店員が来て在庫見てきます!と言って戻ってこない。男の店員は棒立ちのまま。 ダルっと思い、ないならいいです。と伝えて退店。当然ありがとうございましたはなし。 昔は良かったけど、久々に行ったら酷くなってた。混んでて忙しいのはわかるが大変不快な気持ちになりました。

外国籍の親類の代理で彼名義の携帯の解約に行ったのだが、事前にカスタマーセンタに何度も問い合わせ、店側にも事前に事情を相談した上で指定された書類を全て揃えて出向いたにも関わらず、別の書類が必要だ、用意が出来ないなら解約も機種変更も出来ないの一点張り。結局解約は出来なかった。 そもそも、事前に来店理由を伝えてあったにもかかわらず何回も用件を尋ねてくる、特殊な事例だと分かりきっているのに不慣れな若い店員を差し向けて無駄に時間を取る、身分証明書の確認を1回で済ませず何回も出させるなど、接客の面から見てもおかしいことだらけで全く話にならない。 顧客流出を避けたがるソフトバンクという会社のセコいやり口にもほとほと呆れたが、この店の対応はそれに輪をかけて最低最悪だった。 本来であれば星1つどころかマイナスを付けたいくらいだが、家族全員分の名義の携帯すべてを解約する決意を固めるきっかけになったことにだけは感謝したい。
