★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手美容外科は流れ作業のイメージがあるが、優秀な医師も多い。患者数も医師数も多く人気商売だから、切磋琢磨し若くして技術向上するのでしょう。
先日、以前入れたヒアルロン酸の溶解を希望した（チンダル現象の為）。電話で有料と案内されたがその費用も良心的だったので行った。でも担当女医は無料で施術してくれた。おそらく自身の裁断で。誠意ある対応に感動しました。
後日、再注入もいつもながら上手で大満足。これからもお世話になります。

But the female doctor in charge gave me a free treatment. Probably at his own discretion. I was impressed by the sincere response.
At a later date, I was very satisfied with the reinjection as usual. Thank you for your continued support.

名前を忘れましたが女医さんにカウンセリングの時に予定していたお試し頬100ショットをやるのを最大の250ショットと顎下も入れた方がいいでしょうとのことで予定の価格より高額を支払い施術に移りました。
施術中看護師さんに250ショットも要らないんじゃと言われ無理矢理消費するように同じ箇所を何度も打ってもらう形になってしまいコケてしまわないか不安になりました。
結局打つ部分が無く20ショット程余ってしまいましたが不安だったのでやめてもらいました。
何のためのカウンセリングだったのでしょうか。
カウンセリングや施術の経験不足としか思えません。

I forgot the name, but I told the female doctor that I should do the maximum 250 shots and the submandibular gland to do the trial cheek 100 shots that I had planned at the time of counseling, so the price is higher than the planned price I moved to the payment procedure.
During the procedure, the nurse told me that I didn't need 250 shots, and I was worried that I might get moss because I had to hit the same part many times so that I would consume it.
In the end, there was no part to hit and I had about 20 shots left, but I was worried, so I asked him to stop.
What was the counseling for?
I think it's just a lack of experience in counseling and treatment.

受付から退店まで2時間半。同じ施術内容で他院でした時は1.5時間弱だったので、一時間強かかっていることになります。
看護師さんはみなさん心地よい対応だっただけに残念です。
施術に関しても、ダーマペンは気になるところに二回当てるなどできると思いますが、そういった案内もなく一回で終わりました。
時間がかかりすぎるということが一番ネックで、もう行かないと思います。

待たされるし、押しが強いし、もう行きたくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鼻を高くしたくてスタンダード隆鼻術をしました。手術痕がわからないというのが魅力的で、実際術後もすっぴんでもわからなくて満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埋没法両目1点留めを希望して来院しました。皆さん書かれている通り予約したのに2時間待ち。生形先生は「当院では1点留めはやらない」の一点張り。なぜなら「そう教えられているから」なんじゃそりゃ。HPにも載っているのに。こちらの身を案じているような言葉を並べてきますが、結局は安い施術ははなからやる気がないようです。「他の院でも聞いてみたらいいですよ」と妙に自信ありげでしたが、翌日に湘南美容クリニックで希望通りの施術をしてもらえました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の概念がない。1月に口コミを見ずに来院、予約して行ったのに2時間近く待たされてカウンセリングは3分で終了。先生が少なく、お待たせしてしまいすみませんとスタッフの方に言っていただきましたが、では先生を雇えばいかがでしょうか。もしくは先生が少ないとわかっているなら受ける予約を減らすべきではないでしょうか。待ち時間が本当に無駄だったなと思います。スタッフさんの感じが良かっただけに残念でした。来院する際は時間に余裕を持つことをオススメ致します。
There is no concept of reservation. I visited the hospital without seeing word of mouth in January and made a reservation, but I had to wait for almost 2 hours and the counseling was completed in 3 minutes. The staff told me that there aren't many teachers and I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, but why not hire a teacher? Or if you know that there are few teachers, you should reduce the number of reservations you receive. I think the waiting time was really wasted. It was disappointing because the staff felt good. We recommend that you have plenty of time when you come to the hospital.
