ね	ねじゅみだよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な転勤があり、仕事も忙しいため、電話で休会依頼したのに何ヶ月も月謝を引かれてました。他の音楽教室ではこのような事がなかったのでびっくりして、問い合わせをしたところ、言われてないの一点張りで月謝何十万は返ってきませんでした。コールセンターの女性は話にならず、上の人と話をしたいと何度も依頼しても無理とのこと。やっと出てきたコールセンターの部長の北川という方もお話にならなかったです。休会も退会も本人が直接お店に行かないとできません。講師がこちらを通さずに引き抜きしてたとかのお手紙きてましたが本部がこれなら仕方ないですよね。たまに元講師の方々が講義デモを店舗周辺でやってます。通われる方は酷い目に遭う前に有名な音楽教室に行かれた方がいいと思います。誤字の訂正したら?が消えてしまいました。いいね頂きました6名の方申し訳ございません。 I had a sudden transfer, and I was busy with work, so I asked for a holiday over the phone, but I had to pay a monthly fee for months. み	みつば九美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在三味線を習っています。月2回の習い事として少し高額かなとは思いますが、とても良い先生にレッスンをつけていただき、毎回グングン上達していくのが実感出来るためコスパは良いと思います。スマホからレッスンの予約・変更が出来たり先生からのカルテが見れるシステムがあるため、スケジュールに無理なく合わせられ復習もしやすく、レッスンの時間いっぱい集中出来ます。 I am currently learning the shamisen. S	Sachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はまあまあなところ、スタッフはポンコツだからおすすめしません。楽器特典は入会して1週間で送られてくるとかうそ。12月に入会して2ヶ月たってもまだ来ません。会員サポートとかゆう部署(特に石井さん)はほんとにポンコツだから、絶対に入会はおすすめしない。 I don't recommend it because the teacher is pretty good and the staff is crazy. It is a lie that musical instrument benefits will be sent within a week of joining. I haven't come two months since I joined in December. The member support and Yu departments (especially Mr. Ishii) are really crazy, so I definitely don't recommend joining.
