また、安価なメニューだけかもしれませんが、施術自体も流れ作業のような印象で、医師と相談の上でメニューを決めたい方には向かない印象です。

看護師でもなく、もちろん医師でもない立場の方だと思うんですが、私の希望の施術では、私の悩みは解消できないと言って、別の高い施術を勧められました。
私より若くて（しかもきれいでもないあなたに）私の求めることの何が理解できるのという感じでした。
が、私は友人が同院の他支店で同施術を受けて、とても良かったのを見ているので、あくまで元々希望の施術を希望。が、カウンセリングの人は「それではあなたの悩みは解決できません。」と言い放ちました。
私はそれでも良いからやってみたいと言いました。
その後ドクターのカウンセリングでは「じゃあそれでやってみましょうね」親切にあっさり認めてくれました。ドクターはとても腰が低くて親切でした。
結果はもちろん、思い通りで満足です。
あのカウンセリングの方の存在の意味はなんでしょうか。医師より上から目線でしたし、患者に寄り添う態度もないし、不服でした。
もし、どうしてもあの役職が必要なら、カウンセリングの方はいろいろ経験してきた、ある程度年齢行った人の方がいいのでは？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美容クリニックは自分が満足したか否かで個人的な評価になりやすいとは思いますが、他院を知らない初心者としては概ね満足しています。
クラーク・看護師さんには丁寧に接していただけてます。医師は男性と若く見える女性に診察していただきましたが、男性医師はどこまでできるか出来ないか、はっきり言ってくださるので、納得の上で施術を受けられました。女性医師は無表情に感情のない流れ作業な印象で不安を感じました。
コンプレックスや悩みを抱えて来院する方も多い業界だと思いますし、美意識高く癖強い方々もいらっしゃると思うので、対応は大変かと思いますが、メンタル面も意識した接客を期待しております。
改善していただきたいところは…予約していても30〜40分待ちが多々あること。看護師さんの技術や説明にかなり差がある事です。
一度だけですが、かなり粗雑な施術と説明をする方にあたりました。

受付や看護師対応は他院と比較してもピカイチだと思う。とても丁寧で気遣いがきちんとある。

立地的にだと思うのですが、通ってる方もお金持ちそうな方が多い感じがしました。
カウンセリングの時の先生がテキパキしすぎ、美容皮膚科あるあるでちょっといい気はしませんでした。
やはり受付と先生の対応がよくないと施術がよくても通いたいと思いませんでした。

直前に予定があったため、すっぴんは難しく眉とベースメイクのみした状態で伺いました。
初めてなので10分前に到着し、問診等記入して予約時間から30分ほど待って呼ばれました。
カウンセリングはメイクをしたままで、どこが気になりますか？と聞かれ頬と答えるとこれは肝斑とのこと。
フォトシルクプラスが気になっていましたが肝斑には施術できないとのことであきらめて帰りました。
化粧でわからなくなるほどの薄い肝斑ということもあり、メイクを落とした状態でしっかり見てほしかったですが、受付・カウンセラー・医師ともに対応は良かったです。

待合室も普通の病院の様にもちろん個室ではありません。
ピコトーニング、パール美肌、白玉点滴、ボトックス2ヶ所でトータル4万円は安いと思います。ただボトックスが効いてくるかは、これから経過観察が必要。1番気になるところです。受付さんや看護師さんは、しっかりしてます。私は大丈夫でしたが、基本予定より支払いが高くなる傾向にあるので必要な施術と予算を守る意志をしっかり持って行くといいですね。
