★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が非常に丁寧で、院内もとてもきれいです。施術中は次に何を行うのか適度に声かけがあり安心です。全身脱毛とウーバーピールでお世話になっていますが、予約もとりやすく、効果もあり大満足です。

排除されたばっかりだったので不安な気持ちがありましたが、看護師さんがとても話聞いてくれて開ける位置も考えてくれのでとても嬉しかったです。
理想とするところに開けて頂いたのでとても可愛く気に入りました！
院内も綺麗で受付の雰囲気もとても良かったです！
同じ医療人として、対応の仕方を見習いたいと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もともと10万ほどのニキビ治療をする予定でカウンセリングに行きましたが、これでは治らないからと勧められたのは50万円のコース。想定していた価格とあまりにも違い過ぎたので一度断ったのですが明らかに態度が変わりました。圧に負けてしまい、契約してしまいました。
3種類の内服薬も付いているコースだったのですが、急に2種類しかもらえなくなり忘れてると思い聞いたところ、内服薬は2種類になったとのこと。何の説明もないのも残念でしたが、内服薬3種類分のお金払ってるはずなので不信感しかないです。
あと、必要以上にドクターズコスメを勧めきます。特に効き目があるわけでもなく、馬鹿らしくなってきたので「スキンケア商品は気に入ってるのがあるので要らない」と伝えました。そしたら「このコースを契約してるなら基本ドクターズコスメを使ってほしいです」と言われました。本当に患者のニキビを治したいという気持ちがあるなら患者に合ったものを使うことを勧めると思います。利益目的なのかなと思ってしまいます…。とにかく押し売りが多いです。そして肝心な効果ですら全く感じることができず、大きな買い物をしてしまい本当に後悔してます。

Also, I recommend doctor's cosmetics more than necessary. It wasn't particularly effective, and it became ridiculous, so I told him, "I like skin care products, so I don't need them." Then he said, "If you have a contract for this course, I want you to use basic doctor's cosmetics." If you really want to cure a patient's acne, I recommend using the one that suits the patient. I wonder if it's for profit ... Anyway, there are many push sales. And I couldn't even feel the essential effect at all, and I really regret having made a big purchase.

大手のクリニックと違い、クリニック内は華やかではないが、白の内装で清潔感があります。完全予約制なので、待ち時間は、ほぼゼロ。
当日、剃毛を行ってくれるので、自分で剃る手間がないのが、面倒くさがりの自分としては、とてもありがたい！！
カウンセリングも丁寧で分かりやすく、予算に合わせて料金を提案してくれます。
剃毛も丁寧で、照射時に痛みが強そうな部分は声をかけてくれるので、びっくりする事がなく、安心して受けられました。
照射が反応する所はチクッとするので、効いている感じがして、これから通うのが楽しみです。
個人的には、痛みに強い方なので痛くありません。痛みに弱い方は照射の出力を下げていただけるようです。

施術時も痛くないか随時気にかけて頂き、痛みを感じやすい部位はゆっくり照射してくれるので、特に問題なく受けられています。
ビニールでの区切りや体温測定、スタッフの方のフェイスガードやガウンなど感染症対策もバッチリで安心です。
土日の予約がもう少し取れやすくなるとありがたいな、と思います。(仕方がないのですが…)
