半チャーハンのセットを頼みましたが結構なボリューム感ある半チャーハンが届いて大変満足でした。
元々コンビニだった店内と聞きましたがかなり広く、テーブル事も離れていてソーシャルディスタンスが保たれており、コロナ禍での来店は安心出来ると思います。

I ordered a half fried rice set, but I was very satisfied with the voluminous half fried rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春の風に誘われてお散歩ですから。醤油ラーメンはあっさりのスープにチャーシューが絶妙に美味いでした。チャーハンも白と黒がある様です。

ラーメンは豚骨ラーメンにしましたが、わりと味が濃いめでした。
豚爆は背脂が結構入っていて美味しかったです。
麺は割と普通でした。

メニューは「醤油、塩、辛塩」の定番3種に加え、人気No.1の「濃厚背脂豚骨」てのもある。んーどれにしようかなぁ、初めてだしとりあえず定番の「醤油」にしときますかね。
卓上には酢、ラー油、醤油、胡椒が置いてある。とにかく「たまぞう」に関して基礎知識がないので楽しみ！
そんなこんなで「醤油らーめん」が出てきましたよ！

おお！オーソドックスなスタイル！スープの表面にはラードが浮いてる！トッピングはねぎ、メンマ、チャーシュー、ほうれん草？がのってる。いい感じの見た目！
早速いただきます！?
まずはスープからっと...ズズ...ズズズ...熱っ！スープ熱々！うん、豚骨ベースのスッキリした醤油って感じ！うまい！
麺は...ズズ...ズズズー...お！モチモチっとした麺でつるっとした喉越し。このタイプの麺、村山ホープの麺にも似てますね。なんて言うのか、ちゃんぽん麺みたいな食感。細めのちゃんぽん麺。
いやぁ、なんとも言えない感じ。普通にうまいけど、普通としか言いようがない。少なくとも「十八製麺」や「なぶら」のような個性は感じられなかった。ラーメン事態はなんていうか、昔デパートのレストランフロアで食べた味。懐かしいっちゃあ、懐かしい。期待値が上がりすぎたのかなぁ。人気No.1にしときゃよかったかなぁ。

ラーメン屋としては中がめちゃくちゃ広い。
濃厚豚骨が食べれると期待してたのがそもそもの間違いだったが、食べてみて思うのは全てにおいて中途半端。
①濃厚豚骨ラーメン
スープ自体は美味しい。
ただし、魚粉が入っているので、せっかくの濃厚豚骨は台無しに。
具材は美味しいが麺が美味しくない。
茹でられ過ぎた麺のような感じ。
カップ麺と同じ味がする。
②黒チャーハン
半チャーハンは200円と安い。
味自体は美味しい。
ただしベチャベチャ。
③キャベチャー
これも味は美味しい。
チャーシューがクズを入れているのでパサパサで不味い。
キャベツも芯の部分をそのまま入れているので食いづらい。
④スタッフ
挨拶など基本的な言葉は発する。
まぁ活気もなければ心はない。
ホールスタッフの若い男性だけは心のこもった言葉を発している。
この人がいなければ星は1つ。
残念な昼ごはんでした。
