葉山の下山口の一軒家。モダンでシックな店内は とても明るくゆったりとしています。
完全予約制で、昼の部は小会席（¥5,000）と会席（¥7,000）の2コース。コースは予約の時に選びます。
唎酒師の女将さんの日本酒セレクションがすごいです。たくさんのかわいいおちょこの中から好きなおちょこを選びます。うつわ類が本当に素敵でした。
そして、丁寧な丁寧な お料理の数々は美しく繊細で、素材ってここまで美味しくなるものかと…感動の美味しさでした。

I've always wanted to go [Hayama Takutei]. I was disturbed at noon on my birthday.
A house in Shimoyamaguchi, Hayama. The modern and chic interior is very bright and spacious.
It is a complete reservation system, and there are two courses in the daytime, a small kaiseki meal (¥ 5,000) and a kaiseki meal (¥ 7,000). The course is selected at the time of booking.
The sake selection by the landlady of the sake brewer is amazing. Choose your favorite choko from a lot of cute choko. The containers were really nice.
And the polite and polite dishes are beautiful and delicate, and I wondered if the ingredients would be so delicious ... I was impressed.
Ganpuku! Kuchifuku!
I was able to spend a blissful time on my birthday.
