ひかげ弁当をいただきました。お煮しめの蕪は煮崩れ、形がないほどでした。盛り付ける時に何とも思わないのでしょうか。焼物の仕切り内ですが、酢の物の小鉢の他、以前は六種類ほど入っていたと思います。漆の剥がれた器を出すのもいかがなものでしょうか。

1661年、江戸時代に峠の茶屋として創業。それから旅籠、料理旅館、そして日本料理店と時代を超えて愛される名店です。 〝とっておきの〟お店です。 四季折々の旬の食材を使った会席料理は見た目も美しく、本当に美味しいです。器もとても素敵。 今までは誕生日や記念日など特別なシーンでのみの利用だったのですが、夏の間、天然氷のかき氷が食べられる甘味処を営業していると知り、早速行って来ました。雨が降りそうだったので中庭ではなく大広間へ。歴史を感じる三間続きの大きな和室です。 かき氷はいちごと抹茶の二種類。私はいちごを注文。フワフワのかき氷に香り高いいちごのソースと練乳をかけていただきました。 美味し〜い!不思議な事に天然氷のかき氷は頭がキーンとしません。 残念だったのはソースと練乳の量が少ない事。最後の方は味が薄くなってしまいました。 甘味処の営業時間は14:30-16:30 8/31 まで営業しています。

Until now, it was used only for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, but during the summer, I learned that I am operating a sweets shop where you can eat shaved ice of natural ice, so I went there immediately. It was going to rain, so I went to the hall instead of the courtyard. It is a large Japanese-style room with three consecutive rooms where you can feel the history. There are two types of shaved ice, strawberry and matcha. I ordered strawberries. We had fluffy shaved ice sprinkled with fragrant strawberry sauce and condensed milk. delicious! Curiously, the shaved ice of natural ice does not have a keen head. Unfortunately, the amount of sauce and condensed milk is small. The last one has a lighter taste. The sweets shop is open from 14:30 to 16:30 Open until 8/31.

3/22/2022 何年ぶりだろう、茶屋に行ったのは。逗子に住んでいたころは年数回は利用していた。今は無い中華の「海浪」とか、なぎさ橋に近いデニーズとか、みな葉山の「懐かしい」のカテゴリーに入れていた。 法事の帰り雨がミゾレ模様となり、飛び込んだ。待つことはなかったが、それなりに客は多かった。 いつもは松花堂弁当だが、初めて「鯛茶漬け」を頼んでみた。これは大当たりであった。 まずは先付けの「子持ち昆布と山菜(うるい)の春浸し」。出汁が効いてウマイ。出だし好調。 前菜は筍木芽味噌など。まあ、普通かな。次の揚物が「新玉葱縮緬揚げ、こごみ、たらの芽」で、新玉が驚異的に美味しかった。 もちろんメインの鯛茶漬けは、特に茶をかけずに食べた一杯が、漬け状態の鯛がとても旨く感じた。 デザートではヨモギの寒天寄せが珍しくも楽しめた。 これで税込み4000円+は安い。茶屋のフレンチレストラン、ラマール・ド・チャヤで葉山牛のバカ高さに呆れて足が遠のいていたが、茶屋再発見だ。

I put them in the "nostalgic" category of Hayama, such as the Chinese "Kainami" that doesn't exist now, and Denny's near Nagisa Bridge. The rain on the way back from the litigation became a miso and jumped in. I didn't wait, but there were a lot of customers. It's usually a Matsukado lunch, but for the first time I ordered "Tai Chazuke". This was a big hit. First of all, "Spring soaked kelp and edible wild plants". The soup stock is effective and it's delicious. Good start. Appetizers include bamboo shoot bud miso. Well, it's normal. The next fried food was "Fried new onion crepe, dust, buds of tara", and the new onion was amazingly delicious. Of course, the main dish of sea bream chazuke was a cup of tea that I ate without sprinkling tea, but the pickled sea bream felt very delicious. At the dessert, I enjoyed the mugwort agar gathering, which is rare. With this, 4000 yen + including tax is cheap. At La Mar de Chaya, a French restaurant in a teahouse, I was amazed at the stupid height of Hayama beef, but I was afraid to rediscover the teahouse.

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The service is superb, their varied kaiseki dishes are a joy to behold and taste. The small garden and quiet location are also a big plus.
