The sashimi is stylish and contains shredded radish (probably mechanically chopped), shredded carrot, lotus root, turnip, wakame seaweed, and sliced ​​lemon. I am happy with the light pickles of radish, carrots, and cucumber that come in a small bowl and the tsukudani of bud turnips. It even comes with natto, but you don't have to do this. The rice is not too hard, not too soft, not too sweet, and the miso soup is a mixed miso soup with a scent of fresh wakame seaweed. Everything was delicious without any problems. There was no particular problem because the customer service was vacant, and I wanted to come again at night. The evening menu is abundant, and the price range is a little higher than usual as far as you can see the menu tag. If you can eat fresh ingredients deliciously, it seems worth trying.
