k	key on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3〜4年ほど前に1度、カットしてもらいに行きました。カット技術はまずまずで、料金もリーズナブルでした。ただ、受付の若いギャル系女性のやる気のない接客態度が生理的に受け付けませんでした。というか、接客経験のある自分からすればあれは接客ではないです。来店時「いらっしゃいませ」と言われない事に違和感を感じましたが、こちらが「予約した〇〇です」と伝えるまで無言。「あー、、まだなんで、座っててくれます？」と気だるげに言われ、30分くらい放置されました。そして待ち時間ですが、他の美容院ではカウンセリング用のシートや事前アンケート用紙、貴重品袋など渡され、さらに設備がいいお店だと鍵付きの荷物入れロッカーを案内されますが、そのどれも一切ありませんでした。既にこの時点で来店した事を後悔しました。「カットの準備が出来たのでどうぞ〜。荷物お預かりします」と言われてそのままバッグを奥へ持っていかれそうになったので「すみません。貴重品だけ自分で持っていたいので取り出してもいいですか」と言うとあからさまに、はぁ？という顔をされました。個人的には貴重品袋やロッカーの対策をしないで客の荷物を奥へ持っていく美容院は、店員さんの態度に関わらず色々とユルいと思っているので、その時点で二度と来る事はないなと思いました。余計なお世話かもしれませんが、お店の顔である受付にやる気のない店員さんを配置するのはやめた方がいいです。どんなにカット技術が素晴らしい美容師さんが居たとしても受付が感じ悪ければ絶対に通わないので。 About three to four years ago, I went to get cut once.
