「あのすみません保険料を調整してもらいますか」と彼に言って 彼はすぐにテーブルを叩きながら私に「だーかーらー…調整調整@&¥-/¥&@&¥¥」って言いました 、最後何か聞きたい時「何か文句あります！」って言われました。すっごく悪い態度です。ヤクザですか⁉️多分外国人の事大嫌いな人です。テーブルを叩きながら話すことがすっごく怖いです❗️❗️やめてください！！

転入・転出の手続きはもちろん、住民票や印鑑証明、市税納付証明を取得するときにお世話になっています。
手続きする際、何階に行けば良いのかわからない場合は、入口入ってすぐのところに案内所があるので、そこで優しく教えてくれます。
正直なところ手続きをするときの待ち時間は多いですが、それだけ必要としている人が多く、中の人は大忙しなんだろうな。と思うようにしています。なので、時間に余裕を持って来庁されると良いかと思います。

If you don't know what floor to go to when you go through the procedure, there is an information desk right after you enter the entrance, and they will kindly tell you there.
To be honest, there is a lot of waiting time for the procedure, but there are many people who need it, and the people inside are probably busy. I try to think. Therefore, I think it would be good if you could come to the office with plenty of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I’ve come here, even though I can only speak Japanese and not able to write Japanese, staff here have been extremely helpful and friendly! They fill out all the paperwork and explain kindly what I need to do and how to do it. I’m not sure how people who speak only English get by here..but I’m sure it’s not impossible! And wait times are inevitable in any city all but it’s not so bad here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful employees. Usually less than an hour waiting time. The main hall is relatively decorated and spacious. Could be useful to have employees speaking another language besides Japanese, but it's still manageable to do without.

However, everyone here tries their best and doesn't make you feel like a bad person if you don't know all 2,136 Kanji yet.
I really like the area and this is one reason why.
