ゴ	ゴンザレス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャチャチャ麺の醤油を注文。 25年程前の環七、ブンブン丸を思い出す背脂醤油拉麺。拉麺メニューが豊富なので券売機で食券を購入する際は落ち着いて選ばないと違う食券を購入してしまうかもしれないので注意が必要。店主様1人で経営されているわりに味も悪くはないし、臭みもなく美味しいと思いました。 I ordered the soy sauce for cha-cha-cha noodles. Since the menu of ramen noodles is abundant, you should be careful when purchasing a meal ticket at a ticket vending machine as you may buy a different meal ticket if you do not choose calmly. レ	レオ[タートル]・ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場に車を停め降りると、豚骨の強烈な匂いが出迎えてくれました(^q^) 品数かなりありますね！これは悩む(/´△`＼) むむむ…とりあえずオーソドックスっぽい、らーめん(豚骨)醤油700円(税込)麺硬めにしました。舌にまとわりつく超濃厚豚骨醤油スープで、天一に負けず劣らずレベルです。家系ってぬるいスープ出すとこ多いけど、ここのは熱々でウメーー｡:+((´艸`))+:｡良い意味で予想を裏切られました！テンション上がってきたので替え玉もお願いしちゃいました(硬めオーダー)。替え玉は現金でもオッケーで150円です( ≧∀≦)ノ同じ麺かと思いきや、博多系の極細ストレート麺！一杯で二度楽しめるとかコスパ良いですね(｀艸´) どちらの麺も美味しかった～♪ 家系しょっぱ過ぎたりぬるかったりで苦手意識ついてきてたんだけど、久しぶりに美味しい家系いただけました(´ﾉ∀`) 今度は何頼もうかな～再訪確定です♪ P.S.駐車場は店舗隣に５台分、店舗裏手の道路から入れます。～更新～１日10食限定の二郎インスパイアメニュー破ぐん郎900円(税込)の食券を購入。バイトさんにお好みを聞かれたので野菜増しお願いしたら１分程して他の女性スタッフさんが来て、野菜多め出来いんですけど元々多いので大丈夫だと思いますって返答が返ってきてチンプンカンプン…どゆこと!? 聞き間違いかと思い再度確認するも、出来ないとのこと。メニューの無料トッピングには野菜増しって書いてあるけど変わったんですかね(-ω- ?) 出来ないならその部分消しといて欲しかったな…。もう作り始めてそうだったので渋々了承いたしました。頭に？？？マークを浮かばせながら数分待つと、破ぐん郎ラーメンの登場！まあまあの盛りっぷりで、とりあえず見た目でガッカリってのは回避出来ました(*´-`) お味ですが、やっぱりここのラーメン美味いよ( ☆∀☆) ワシワシ太麺かなり良い感じだし、スープも濃厚でチャーシューも食べ応え抜群！もやしもっと欲しかったゼット(Ｏﾟ皿ﾟＯ)!! 初っぱなテンション下げられたけど、美味いもんは旨い！！！こんだけのもん出せてるんだからもっと混んで良い筈なのに、プロデュースの仕方なんか凄く勿体無い気がします。メニュー絞って見易くするとか、ポップな音楽流したり店内空間の使い方工夫したり、接客面向上させるとか(今が悪いわけではない)、何かしら変えたら行列の出来る店にだってなれる力があると思うので頑張って貰いたいな。おこがましいこと色々書いたけど、マジ旨かったです御馳走様。【写真投稿しても反映されない不具合が多いので、食べログメインに投稿しています】

It's an exaggeration to say, but it's my favorite but strike ramen. King cha-cha-cha average + large rice. I want to drown in the sea of backfat. It is a recommended cup for you.
う	うういい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなに自分に合わないラーメンは初めて食べた。背脂はいっぱい乗ってるだけで旨みも感じないし、ザラザラしたスープは舌触り悪い。1100円も出したのに残すなんて最悪。ニンニクとかおろし生姜とかわざわざ席を立って取りに行くのも今のご時世違うと思う。めんどくさいよ。たぶん違うラーメンはうまいんだろう。 I ate ramen that didn't suit me for the first time. I don't feel the taste just because I have a lot of lard on it, and the rough soup has a bad texture. It's the worst to leave even though I paid 1100 yen. I think it's different nowadays to get up from the seat with garlic or grated ginger. It's annoying. Maybe a different ramen is good.
え	えむ5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【破ぐん星】※らすた、味濱家で修行経験ありこの2店での修行経験があるって聞くと家系好きならわくわくしますねｗ上記2店同様に、入店するとなかなかの豚骨臭が漂います。こちらは自ら家系風と謳っていますね。スープは豚骨先行型。粘度があるスープはザラつきがあり獣感もあります。豚骨感は強く濃厚ですが若干和のテイストも感じられ後味はクドくありません。醤油感は気持ち強めですがこのスープにはちょうどいいです。菅野の中太麺は断面が角ばってます。プリッとして弾力のある麺でした。バラのチャーシューはトロトロに柔らかい食感で味付けは強め。ほうれん草は濃いスープのいい口直しになります。海苔増しは5枚ですがデフォは1枚。スープに浸しても強く風味が良かったです。埼玉県内では貴重な店炊きの優良店。これからも頑張ってほしいですね。お店の並びに専用駐車場もあります。 [Breaking star] * Experienced training at Rasuta and Mihama family When I heard that I had training experience at these two stores If you like family, you will be excited.
