日	日々是好日 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨ラーメン好きなのでよく食べますが、このお店のスープは確かにちょっとしょっぱいですね、濃さ｢ふつう｣でも。麺は九州ラーメンらしい極細麺で、私は注文時は麺｢カタめ｣、替玉では｢バリカタ｣にしましたが、生煮えなんてことはなかったです?。具は大判のチャーシューと長ネギでしたが、九州ラーメンの具の定番キクラゲは入っていなかった。関東風九州ラーメンみたいな感じ。テーブル備え付けの具も紅生姜のみで、これも定番の辛子高菜は無かった。 (トッピングにあったのかな？そこは見落としました?) 手指消毒薬は備えてあるし、店員さんは全員マスクしていて、隣席との仕切り板も設置されてました?️。セットの丼物が肉系だけなので、九州らしい明太丼とかあると嬉しいですね❤️✉️。 I like tonkotsu ramen so I often eat it, but the soup in this restaurant is certainly a little salty, even if it's "normal".
