金額も安いのに営業の方が一生懸命対応頂き
感謝しております。納車から日にちもたっていませんが、保証なしですが、今の所快適に乗れています。帰りは暑い中、車が見えなくなるまで、お見送りを頂きありがとうございます。スバル車が良いと営業の方がおしゃっていましたので、一度中古で条件のあう、車両があれば一度スバル車を乗ってみようと、思っています。またこちらの見せで購入したいと思えるお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミッションがいかれて、たまたま寄ったところ同じ車種があり、タイヤも新しいし良いでしょうと言う所長の言葉を信用し、ろくにチェックもしないで買い替えた。全く失敗、ヒドい車だった。タイヤは新品だったが調べたら一番安いヤツだった。今はタイヤをブリヂストンの最上級に変えて安全性を高めた。中も外も汚かったが、雨が降るとトランク内は雨漏りでビショビショになった。金を掛けたり手入れをして今は大分奇麗になった。その後、３年経つが一度もどうですかの連絡も無し。恐らくヒドい車を売りつけたのを承知しているのだろう。前のレガシーの方が何十倍も増しだった。最低のディーラー、二度と寄らない。高い物に付いた。大失敗！。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入した車がリコールになったので電話したら、部品が１カ月以上かかっても１台分も納品されないという理由で、一度も行ったことのない遠方のスバルのディーラーにふられた。ディーラーでは２～３日で部品手配できるとのこと。どういうことですかね。リコールってクレーム対応の一種だと思うけど、そういうときの基本原則が分かってない。面倒くさい、やりたくないっていうのがありありと伝わってくる対応。会ったことあるホームページでフロントとして写真出てる人だと思う。レベル低いところとは関わないほうが自分のため。
