実物の見る時間もたくさんくれたので(3時間も!)、本当に良かったです。
日本で車買うのは初めてなので、それぞれを分からなかったが、非常に丁寧に対応・説明してくれました。
取引工程の中、「強引な」態度は全くなく、最高な対応でした。

追突事故に遭い、修理の見積もりを取ってもらうためにいったが、店に着いた時も帰る時もだれも外に出てきてくれなかった。別に店内が混んでるわけでもない。
店の中ではドリンクなどが出てきてありがたかったが、見積もりの紙が渡される際「追突なので、とりあえず後ろ全部交換になると思います」とだけ言われ、「後ろってことは今回傷ついたマフラーも見積もりに入ってますか?」と聞いたところ「それは…」みたいな感じになりました。
そもそも修理の見積もりなんだから、見積書を見ながら、現車の方に行って説明して確認するのが一番では?と思いながら、我慢しました。
こちらが何か言わないと1分程度のあっさりとした説明だけで終わってしまいます。この店舗はオススメしません。
あとここの営業のひとは「〜です。」じゃなく、「〜だと思います。」ばっかり。そんなんこっちは不安要素が溜まっていくばかり。
控えめに言っても最悪です。

きりりと、丁寧で親切に対応していただき、心地好い安心感があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入後、納車までについた傷の責任を認めず、大声の電話で一時間も罵倒してくる、かなり変わった方針の店舗です。
新百合ヶ丘店にてフォレスターXTを認定中古購入し、一月半の「整備」の後ようやく埼玉スバルにて遠隔輸送で納車。
納車時に評価書に載ってない見知らぬ傷が増えていたので納車日当日にそのまま埼玉スバルさんで見て貰ったら要塗装判定。
輸送傷かと思われるので新百合ヶ丘店に修理をお願いしたら自己責任論で延々罵倒。傷を見てくれた埼玉スバルさんにも判定を取り消すようにとの罵倒の電話が来てました。遠隔納車に協力してくれた同じスバルの系列店の話を聞かないというのもすごいです。
店長さんに代わって貰ったら今度はこちらの説明を聞かずに言葉を遮り続けて延々と一時間バカにした態度でしゃべり続け。挙げ句「うちは過去輸送中や保管中の事故はゼロ件です!」と物理的にあり得ない主張。神奈川スバル全体の方針かも知れませんが、要するに保管時や納車時の事故は全て客の責任にしている店舗のようです。
整備も不十分で、室内灯がめり込んで付きっぱなしになっています。掃除は丁寧に見えますがシリコンスプレーを撒きすぎていてステップがつるつる滑って乗り降りが危険です。
店長さん以下足並みの揃った組織的な行動なので方針変更は期待できず、恐らくなんらかの公的な対応を執らざるを得ない事になるかと思いますが、なんで圧倒的に割高な認定中古でこんな思いをしなければならないのか。。。
ここでも皆さん酷い評価ですが、クチコミを見てから買う店を選ぶべきでした。

修理を始めたら、バックハッチダンパーも壊れてました。
開閉すればわかる程度の異音のある破損なので、恐らくまともにメンテナンスどころか、開閉や動作チェックもせずに出荷してますね。

店長も担当も大声を出すばかりで話にならないので法務を立てて粛々と話を進めたら急に修理費を払うと言い出しました。本当に払うかどうかはまだわかりませんが、争ったら負ける程度の損害を出しているという認識はあった上で怒鳴っていたようです。

ETCが走行中付いたり消えたりしているのが高速ゲート失敗で判明。これでETC設定費用を別途取っているのだから凄い。本当にほとんど一切整備せずに入庫後掃除だけして渡している感じです。

あまりにトラブルが続くので売却を決めました。下取り検査に出したらバックハッチも歪みがあり、軽度事故車扱いで半額でした。
知り合いの車を事故承知で買い取って売ったんじゃないか?とのコメント。もう疲れました。

It's amazing not to hear about the same Subaru affiliated stores that cooperated with remote delivery.
When I got it on behalf of the store manager, I continued to interrupt the words without listening to this explanation and continued to talk endlessly for an hour with a stupid attitude. The phrase "We have zero accidents during transportation or storage in the past!", A physically impossible claim. It may be the policy of Kanagawa Subaru as a whole, but in short, it seems that the store is responsible for all accidents during storage and delivery.
The maintenance is also inadequate, and the interior lights are stuck in. Cleaning looks polite, but it is dangerous to get on and off because the steps are slippery due to too much silicone spray.
Since it is a systematic action that is in line with the store manager and below, I can not expect a policy change, and I think that I will probably have to take some kind of public response, but why is it overwhelmingly expensive certified used car? Do I have to do it? .. ..
Again, everyone has a terrible rating, but I should have looked at the reviews before choosing a store to buy.

When I started repairing, the back hatch damper was also broken.
Since it is damaged with a strange noise that can be noticed by opening and closing, it is probably shipped without opening and closing and operation check, let alone maintenance.

It turned out that the ETC was on and off while driving due to the failure of the high speed gate. This is amazing because the ETC setting fee is taken separately. It really feels like I'm handing it over after warehousing without any maintenance.

I decided to sell it because the troubles continued. When I sent it for a trade-in inspection, the back hatch was also distorted, and it was treated as a minor accident car at half price.

納車時にバッテリーは問題なく、新品同様と説明を受けていましたが、実際には3年落ちの古いバッテリーが積まれた状態で納車されていました。
案の定、翌年の点検時にバッテリーの異常が見つかり、交換するハメになり無駄な出費になりました。
こちらから事情を説明して、対応して欲しいお願いしましたが、全く話になりませんでした。
ここの店員の言葉を信用しないで下さい。
信用するだけ馬鹿を見るのはこちらだと思います。
