医師を初め他のスタッフの頑張り振りには、脱帽です。又入院した時のスタッフの頑張り振りにも、とても感謝しております。患者にそった姿勢で安心して入院生活を過ごせた事にも感謝しておりますが、わずか2名のスタッフには、とても残念でした。あの2名のスタッフが病院のイメージを悪くしてしまう事に憤りを感じました。

入院部屋は狭くベットとベットの通路が1人通るのがやっとの狭さ、そこでトラブルが勃発すると我慢できない患者は看護師に泣きつく、一方的にしか聞かない看護師はトラブルを回避することだけに走り節度のない考えで、簡単に罪のない患者を追い出す。最低な看護師ばかり。礼儀や思いやりなどあったものじゃない何様の上から目線。こんなに酷いと思いもしなかった!

膝の痛みで仕事に支障がでて こちらの病院に 仕事を変えるのを考えても 良くなる事はない インソールのみの対応 痛みがひどいのでこちらから言って薬を処方 会社に提出の為診断書を作成してもらいました。 でも担当医師の無愛想な対応が合わず 申し訳ないのですが通院をやめてしまいました その後傷病の書類の為お願いにいきましたが 1ヶ月待ち 待ったあげく 担当医師より僕は仕事を休めとは言ってない と書類は作成してもらえませんでした。 2度と関わりたくない病院です

足のインソールを作り、3回ほど訪れました。予約しても待たされるのは仕方がないですが、 先生の愛想が無さすぎて…。私の足の異常が他の科担当だったらしく、それを見た先生の一言「何これ。うちは関係ないよ。」のような言い方。その後同じ病院の皮膚科も予約して下さいましたが、そんな言い方しなくても…と思い不安な気持ちになりました。圧を感じました。部屋に呼ばれた後も待たされるしその間シフトの話?を平気で目の前で看護師さん達とぺらぺら話してるのも気になりました。看護師さんは気を遣って何度か謝ってくれたのでまだ良かったです。まだしばらく通わないといけないのが億劫です。

夫の足の裏の潰瘍がなかなか善くならず、通院している皮膚科の先生から紹介状を書いていただき、伺いました。何とか当日の予約を入れてもらい、(予約の電話対応もとても丁寧で優しく安心しました。)診察もとても分かりやすく説明などしていただき、前向きな先生のお言葉にとても安心し、ずっと気持ちが沈んでいたのですが涙が出るほど嬉しかったです! これからも少し遠い所からですが、通わせて頂きます。

Unlike other reviewers, we found the service to be very friendly and prompt. The facilities are relatively new and well-maintained and the location of the hospital (5 min walk from Shimokita Station) is very convenient.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Incompetent. Zero communication between doctors. I went in for 2 things after waiting one month for my appointment: plantar fasciitis and a callus on the sole of my foot. I was asked by 4 different people if I can speak Japanese, understand Japanese, and even though I said I did 4 times in a row, the attending doctor asked me another 4 times. Then I was told I needed to get insoles made. I was given a tablet and told to watch a 3-minute video, then asked to pay ¥50,000. No explanation from a human being, just a video on a tablet. The nurse had forgotten to make an appointment for the callus, so I had to come back one month later. This time the doctor said the insole would heal my callus. Another month later it had only gotten worse. After a total of 3 months in utter pain the 3rd doctor I saw in as many consultations didn’t even know what I was there for, hadn’t read my file, wasn’t even sure if it was a callus or a wart. I was under the impression he had just graduated from med school and was still learning the ropes. It seems small hospitals in Japan are not worth neither the patient’s time nor money. Fortunately, the insole expert knows his job, is competent and I am happy with the work he did. But I won’t be back.
