丑	丑嶋馨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に比べて周辺の駐車料金が上がっているので30分で200円のこの施設の駐車場は重宝しています。車ごとエレベーターで地下に降りなければならない事や有人である事に抵抗感が無い方にはお勧めです。 Since the parking fee in the surrounding area is higher than before, the parking lot of this facility for 200 yen in 30 minutes is useful. It is recommended for those who do not feel reluctant to have to get down to the basement with the elevator together with the car or to be manned.
金	金谷仁孝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下北沢駅から徒歩５分程で到着する、区役所の分庁舎様なので利便性が高い。ただ、エレベーターが2基しかなく（間違ってたら済みません)、共に体の不自由な人の為に昇降速度が極めて遅く調整されているようだ。当ビルが建築される時に通常の昇降速度のエレベーターがもう一基設置されていたら良かったかな、と思いました。 It is very convenient because it is a branch office of the ward office, which is about a 5-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station. However, there are only two elevators (if you make a mistake, it's okay), and both seem to be adjusted to a very slow ascent and descent speed for people with disabilities. I wish I had another elevator with normal ascending / descending speed when this building was built.
M	Masanobu Kuroda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下北沢にある世田谷区総合支所や北沢エリアではもっとも広いホールや集会所からなる施設。地下には本多グループの劇場B1があります。施設の丁度真ん中辺りにあるエレベーターから5Fに上がると、誰でも利用できる屋上庭園があります。また、12Fのスカイサロンは抜群の眺望で、会合など人の集まる催しにはオススメです。以前に比べると利用料金がかなり高くなりましたが、それでもあの眺望の良さには変えられませんね。 A facility consisting of the largest halls and meetinghouses in the Setagaya Ward General Branch in Shimokitazawa and the Kitazawa area. In the basement is the Honda Group Theater B1. If you go up to the 5th floor from the elevator right in the middle of the facility, there is a roof garden that anyone can use. In addition, the Sky Salon on the 12th floor has an outstanding view and is recommended for events such as meetings where people gather. The usage fee is considerably higher than before, but even so, the view cannot be changed.

I always went to Setagaya City Hall that is far from the station, but this place is so much more convenient, and the builing looks ways better. People who work here are very helpful, genki and pleasant to talk to, just I haven’t heard them speaking English.
