山	山田五郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度も訪れていますが、ハズレに当たってしまいました。いつも食べるものとは違うものをと思いワンタンメン食べたのですが、ワンタンに十分に火が通ってないようで、硬い。ワンタンの味もあんまりしない。あまり出ないメニューなのかな?他の店のワンタンと比べると数段レベルが違うと思いました。ラーメン自体は醤油ラーメンです。ラーメン自体は問題ないです。他のメニューはそこそこ旨いのにちょっと残念。 I have visited many times, but I missed it. ゲ	ゲスト“モッブ” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形のラーメン屋さんを数多くの食べ歩いて来ましたが、地元の人のお勧めで昔からある修ちゃんラーメン屋さんへ初来店このお店は何店かあるらしいのですが、昔食べて美味しかった下條店内をお勧めされてこちらへ入店駐車場は店奥に倉庫？の前に広い駐車場がありそこへ停る店内は、なんとも懐かしい昔のラーメン屋さんの感じでいい！厨房もオープンになってて活気がある感じメニューも沢山あるが、これも地元の方のお勧めの塩ラーメンを注文！定番の塩ラーメン！って感じのトッピングスープも麺も申し分ない美味しさだが、これと言って特別な感じは無い近くで有ればリピートしたい感じだが近くならまた行こうとなる感じの、お店でした I've been eating a lot of ramen shops in Yamagata, but at the recommendation of locals, I visited the old Shu-chan ramen shop for the first time. ち	ちょんぼ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネギ味噌ラーメン平日の17時頃に訪問。先客は1名。お店にいる間に客入りはなし。アイドルタイムは空いている。冬の寒い日だったので、ネギ味噌ラーメンをオーダー。お冷はセルフサービス。着丼までは5分かからない程度。ネギ味噌ラーメンの見た目はシンプル。具材はネギ、チャーシュー、ザーサイ、ワカメ。スープを一口飲んだ瞬間落胆した。ぬるい。こんなにぬるいのか。調理中に鍋の音が聞こえなかったので、スープを作るのに鍋を使っていないのであろう。冬の寒い日、こんなにぬるいラーメンでは心まで冷え切ってしまう。味はただただあっさりしている。悪く言えば薄い。チャーシューも実にパサパサ。脂身はない。なんか食べ覚えがあるなと思ったら、ばーちゃん家で食べた正月に出てくるチャーシューそのままである。麺はよくある中太縮れ麺。期待していただけに実に残念であった。このラーメンが評価されることは、ラーメン国山形として恥ずかしくはないだろうか。山形に滞在してラー旅を続けてきた中で、1番悲しい出来事であった。従業員もやる気なくテンションが低い。アイドルタイムは仕込みで忙しいのだろうが、もう少し活気が欲しい。再訪はなし。 Green onion miso ramen Visited around 17:00 on weekdays.
