藤	藤山直樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に訪問。看板メニューの「山形中華」を。気のせいじゃなく、とても美味しく進化していました！飯田からこちらに移転当初は「美味しいけど普通。」という感想でしたが、いや～レベルアップしていて嬉しいです。伝説の新庄の名店の店主に伝授されたというプリプリの麺も勿論ですが、スープにもコクが増してとても味わい深く仕上がっています。ただ、男一人で行くにはお洒落な雰囲気が少し苦手かな～。あと、カウンターが少なく、埋まってると靴を脱いで座敷へ、となるのが地味～に面倒です。それと、店員さんの「またお願いしまーす」の掛け声にも少し違和感。「ありがとうございます！」だけでいいかと。そう言われなくとも、これだけ美味しければ必ずまた行きますよ。 Visited after a long time.
