★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都市左京区の児童養護施設「迦陵園（かりょうえん）」に入所していた少女にみだらな行為をしたとして、児童福祉法違反の罪に問われた同園の前施設長の男（５６）＝休職中＝の判決が２０日、京都地裁であった。御山真理子裁判官は「母からの虐待で入所した少女の唯一の保護機関でありながら、相談相手という関係を悪用した」として、懲役２年６月（求刑懲役４年）を言い渡した。被告は即日控訴した。
判決によると、２０１４年８月５～６日に長浜市の宿泊施設で、施設長の立場を利用し、当時高校生だった少女が１８歳未満と知りながらみだらな行為をした。
弁護側は「事実無根」として無罪を主張していたが、判決では、少女の証言が一貫していることや松浦被告の手帳の記載などから退けた。御山裁判官は「少女は証人尋問に立たざるを得ず、精神的、肉体的苦痛は重い」と述べた。

The defendant appealed the same day.
According to the ruling, on August 5-6, 2014, a girl who was a high school student at that time used the position of the facility manager in Nagahama City, and performed a sexual act while knowing that she was under 18 years old.
The defendant insisted that he was not guilty as “virtually innocent”, but in the ruling, he was rejected because of the consistent testimony of the girl and the description of defendant Matsuura ’s notebook. Judge Miyama said, “The girl is forced to interrogate witnesses, and the mental and physical distress is heavy.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 産まれて直ぐに施設に入りました❗️でも小学校４年生ごろ卒園した様に思いますが其れまでの記憶が全くありません❗️どうやって暮らしていたのか思い出せません❗️でも居たのは事実です❗️でも下鴨神社に良く撮影があり見に行った記憶はあります❗️
