★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割と良い楽器店だと思います。ギターの清掃込みの調整を安い価格でやってくれるのは便利。ただし、調整はあまり質が良くない感じ。ネックの順反りが少し強めに調整されてしまった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ギターの試奏させてもらったが、対応してもらったツイストパーマの若い男の店員さんの対応が酷くてビックリした。向こうから声かけてきたのに、いざ試奏すると楽器の説明もなくとっとと終わらせろという態度。サイレントギターなのに言わないとアンプにも繋いでくれない。生音だけで何を確認しろと？
購入検討してたモデルだが、ここでは絶対買いたくないと思いました。
島村楽器は丁寧でいいイメージがあったので残念。
他の店舗とここのスタッフは大違いです。

Even though it's a silent guitar, it doesn't connect to an amplifier unless I say it. What should I check with just the live sound?
I was considering buying a model, but I definitely didn't want to buy it here.
I'm sorry that Shimamura Music was polite and had a good image.
The staff here is very different from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性の店員さん(お名前を出せないのが残念です)がすごく的確なサービスをされていて、驚きました。
ある商品について、ネットではどこも4-5日のお取り寄せとなっていて、即日入手は難しい状況だったので近くのリアル店舗であるこちらへ電話で在庫の確認をしました。安価なアクセサリー商品にも関わらず、在庫ありとの事で取り置いて下さいました。
また、受け取りの際ついでにと他の商品を探していると
何かお探しですかとすぐに声を掛けて頂き、お目当ての商品を見つける事ができました。
商品知識もあり、きちんとした説明も添えられていたので、気持ちよく安心して買い物ができました。
楽器店でここまで接客が行き届いているところはあまり見かけないと思います。
今後も、何かあればこちらのお店にお世話になりたいと思えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とあるアコースティックギターをメンテナンスに持っていた際に、店員が、ギターのトラスロッドを限界まで回し、「これ、状態わるいっすねー。治すのに15万かかりますよ」と言われて、御茶ノ水のアコースティックギター専門店に持っていったら、なんともなく普通の状態でした。ここの店はリペア等に関して言えば客から金をむしり取る気しかありません。もうここではギターは買いません。ピック等の小物を買う分にはいいかもしれませんね。
