が、皆さん毎回、丁寧で満足のいく対応をしてくださいます。
 I went there several times, but a different person always serves me.
However, everybody will be polite and satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファンデーションのタッチアップを受けたことがありますが、とにかく衛生的ではありませんでした。一旦メイクを落としたのですが、店員がクレンジング後につける化粧水のコットンをベタベタさわりすぎで気持ち悪かったですし、拭き取りも足りなかったのかあとでヒリヒリしました。タッチアップをするためのファンデーションも店頭にあるテスターを持ってこられて、いつ誰が指などで触ったかわからない、いつから開封してあるものか分からないものをつけられたのには驚きました。普通の百貨店の店舗では、タッチアップ用のものをつけてもらえるので、この店舗の対応には開いた口がふさがりませんでした。コンシーラーも気になると伝えて、こちらも店頭のテスターを持ってこられたのですが、炎症がある患部に直付けされて、あとで炎症が広がりました。コンシーラーは買いませんでしたが、ファンデーションは「これ以上の商品はない」くらいのことを言われて、すぐに必要だったというこちらの弱みもありその場では泣く泣く購入しましたが、あまりにも気分が悪かったので、未開封のまま後日返品しました。返品の対応も悪く、別の店員さんでしたが、交換で別の商品を買わなければ返金対応してくれないという最悪なものでした。11/1発売のコフレの予約をしていたので、近々引き取りにいこうとしたところ、まだ入荷していないとの連絡がありましたが、普通に考えたらあり得ません。予約分を誤って当日販売分に回して在庫が足りなくなったのではないでしょうか。あまりにも酷い対応が続いているので、僭越ながら正直に投稿させていただきます。
I've had a foundation touch-up, but it wasn't hygienic anyway. I removed the make-up once, but the cotton in the lotion that the clerk applied after cleansing was too sticky and uncomfortable, and I was irritated later because I didn't wipe it off enough. I was surprised that the foundation for touch-up was also brought by a tester in the store, and I couldn't tell when and who touched it with my fingers, and when I didn't know when it was opened. At ordinary department stores, you can get touch-up items, so I couldn't block my open mouth. I told him that the concealer was also anxious, and I brought a tester from the store, but it was directly attached to the inflamed area and the inflammation spread later. I didn't buy a concealer, but I was told that there was no more product for the foundation, and I bought it on the spot because I needed it right away, but I felt too much. It was bad, so I returned it unopened at a later date. The response to returned goods was also poor, and I was a different clerk, but it was the worst thing that I could not get a refund unless I bought another product in exchange. I had a reservation for the coffret to be released on November 1st, so when I tried to pick it up soon, I was informed that it had not arrived yet, but it is impossible if I think about it normally. Perhaps the reserved amount was mistakenly used for sale on the day and the stock was insufficient. The response is so terrible that I will post it honestly, though I am afraid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年配の店員さんの態度が酷かったです。上から目線、「アプリで支払い？」と敬語も使わず不愉快でした。デパートなら数千円のリップ1本でも丁寧な接客をします。数万円購入してそれはないな…と思いました。今後はデパートで購入します。
The attitude of the elderly clerk was terrible. Looking from the top, it was unpleasant without using honorifics such as "Pay by application?" In department stores, even a single lip of several thousand yen will serve customers carefully. I bought tens of thousands of yen and it wasn't ... In the future, I will buy it at department stores.
