この前買いに行っていきなりお探しのもの聞かれて少し驚いた。接客で買って欲しいから声掛けてるのはわかるけど、少しゆっくり見てからにしたいです。他は問題ないです。

初めての入店で、商品をとりあえず見てみたいと思いお店に入ったのだが、入った途端店員に話しかけられ、商品をどんどん説明され、圧力が強く断りにくい雰囲気を作られた。正直言って恐怖。『もっと気軽に入れる雰囲気を作っていただきたい。』他にも見たい商品があったがゆっくり見られなかった。
The product is very good, but the customer service is ... scary.
When I first entered the store, I wanted to see the product for the time being, but as soon as I entered the store, the clerk talked to me and explained the product more and more, creating an atmosphere where pressure was strong and it was hard to refuse. To be honest, I'm scared. "I want you to create an atmosphere that you can enter more easily. There were other products I wanted to see, but I couldn't see them slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一昨年くらいから人員が変わったのか接客が間に合っていない。接客と言うよりは一方的なオススメをして消えていく。買う気あるけど、買わせる気がない。そして何故か男性客が多い。
The customer service is not in time, probably because the number of staff has changed since about two years ago. Rather than serving customers, they make one-sided recommendations and disappear. I'm willing to buy it, but I don't want to buy it. And for some reason there are many male customers.

会計終わるまで20分待てた。
レジ二台あるが、一台だけ使っているのは理解できません。
二度と行きたくない
