立地的に便利なのでコンビニのように決まった商品をレジに持っていき店員と会話することなく利用するには良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IPSAの化粧水が欲しくて店員さんに「IPSAがいいとネットで見て、初めてなんですが種類があって分からなくて…」と声をかけると「そういうのは直営店でしてください」と。鼻で笑いながら、言い終わるなりスタスタ歩いて行きました。忙しいわけでもなく販売している石鹸を眺めていたのでわたしのことが嫌だったんでしょう。若い女性店員さんでした。
わたしが子連れのスニーカーだったからバカにしたのかな、と。
子供と書いていますが、売り場で騒ぐ年齢でもない子です。絶対にここでは買わないと決めました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事帰りにラフな服装で行ったら、ご年配のスタッフの方に対応され、会計時に「あなたみたいな人じゃこんな高級品買えないだろうから、このサンプルあげる」とsisleyのサンプルをくれました。お金なさそうに見えたんですね。お気遣いいただいて大変申し訳ないのですが、日頃からsisley愛用させていただいてます。
せっかくデパコス買うならちゃんとデパート行きましょう。このお店はデパコス販売したいけどデパートでは雇ってもらえない方たちの掃き溜めです。ちなみについ先日も覗きましたが暇そうな店員がスマホいじってて思わず笑っちゃいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イセタンミラー、高島屋コスメティック、フルーツギャザリングなどと同業のデパートコスメをセルフでお試しできるコスメショップ。ラゾーナが開業したときから変わらずお店を構えています。一昨年だったか場所を移転して広くなってから取り扱いのブランドが増えました。
2020年2月現在、Dior、CHANEL、イヴ・サンローラン、ランコム、THREE、NARS、BOBBI BROWN、トムフォードビューティー、CLARINS、SK-II、資生堂、CLINIQUE、RMKといったデパコスにエトヴォスなどがラインナップ。
各ブランド、全ての商品をラインナップしているわけではないですし、デパートでは在庫がある商品でもお品切れになっているものもあります。
気になっているブランドのコスメを気軽に手にとってお試しできるのが良いです。接客は期待なさらずに気になるコスメをサクッと購入するのに適しているかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの気が利かない。ご時世的にもタッチアップ不可は重々承知してますが、どの色で悩んでいるか、おすすめはどれかなどの接客はできるのでは？気に入った色を自分で見つけたのでRMKのリップを購入しましたが、気持ち良い買い物ではなかったです。
The clerk is not smart. I am aware that touch-up is not possible even in the times, but I wonder if it is possible to serve customers such as which color they are worried about and which one is recommended. I bought an RMK lipstick because I found a color I liked, but it wasn't a pleasant purchase.

基本的にやる気ない。全員プロ意識ない。
店員はお客さんを避けている感じ。
相談したいときは自分から聞かないといけないし、聞いても直営店に行った方がいいと思います。と言われる始末。
他の口コミにも散々、店員の態度の件について書かれているのに何も改善していない。
買うものがあらかじめ決まっている人はいいかもしれないけど、本当にオススメしない店。
