麺はコシがなく超ちじれ
スープは化調の味がして違和感、臭いが気になる。
店はタバコ臭いですね。
 I think you like it or hate it.
The noodles are not chewy and are very fluffy
The soup has a chemical taste, which makes me feel uncomfortable and smells.
The store smells like cigarettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全種類いただきましたがどれも三条一美味しいです。特におすすめは麻婆焼きそば、ギョーザ、麺は自家製麺で麻婆豆腐とよく絡んで絶品です。ギョーザも自家製で美味しいです。
I got all kinds, but all are delicious. We especially recommend the Mapo Yakisoba, Gyoza, and the noodles are homemade noodles, which are excellent with Mabo Tofu. Gyoza is also homemade and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主が親しみやすい方なので、初めての人でも気軽に入れるお店です。今回、麻婆ラーメンと八宝菜をいただきました。麻婆ラーメンは、店主特製のちじれ麺で味が良くからんでくれるので美味しいですよ！八宝菜も具沢山で栄養たっぷり！！次は鉄鍋餃子をご馳走になりに行きたいと思います。
It is a shop where the owner is friendly, so even the first person can easily enter. We had Mapo ramen and Happo greens this time. Mapo Ramen is delicious because it is made with a special chief noodle made by the owner and has a good taste! There are plenty of nuts and lots of nuts! ! Next, I would like to go for a hot pot dumpling.

Marvo ramen is delicious. There aren't many noodles like this one in Niigata prefecture.

駐車場も満杯、テーブルも埋まっていました。
ラーメンを食べましたが、縮れ麺がスープに絡んで、シンプルだけどとても美味しかったです！
ご主人が一人で切り盛りしていたので、常連さんが奥に声をかけてくれたり、お水(セルフサービス)の面倒をみてくれたり、アットホームで地元に愛されているお店だと思いました。
夜の営業はおつまみも豊富なので、次回は夜に行ってみようと思います。
I was disturbed at noon on weekdays.
The parking lot was full and the tables were full.
I ate ramen, but the curly noodles were entwined in the soup and it was simple but very delicious!
Since my husband was working alone, the regulars talked to me in the back, took care of the water (self-service), and I think that it is a shop loved by the locals at home I did.
There are plenty of snacks open at night, so next time I'll go there at night.
