★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嘘はつきたくない。お店側の接客とかをひっくるめた素直な気持ちで俺は星1の対応だった。悲しくて辛くて絶望的で欲しい商品とは違う商品を押し売りだったりでお店側が求める色々な条件を満たしたお客様のみが利用できるお店です。

パーツやメンテナンス用品、アパレル。十分な経験に基づいた知識が豊富なので何でも相談にのってくれます。オークリーのスポーツアイウェアがかなりの品揃え。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールのみの対応でしたが近くの唯一のブロンプトン販売店でしたしホームページも親切そうでしたので大手と違って小さな小売店だったので親切に対応して頂けるのかと思いメールで欲しい商品の事を聞いたのですが1通目は返ってきましたが2通目はそのまま返ってきませんでした。ただ製品が入って来たら連絡は可能ですか？って内容だったんですが。その後、大手とやり取りしましたが町の自転車店の方が良いとか親切と言うのは思い込みでした。長く付き合いたいと言う気持ちがあったので非常にショックでした。2度と町の小さな自転車店には行きません。
