前回の初訪問は限定だったので、今回は塩を注文。
鶏と乾物の味がしっかりした塩スープで美味しい。#浅草開化楼 の麺も安定した味。鶏つくねは生姜が効いていて、鶏チャーシューはピンクペッパーが良いアクセントでした。替え玉を頼もうとしたら卓上POPに和え玉との表記があったので店員さんに違いを聞くと同じものとのこと。味付きと味無しがあるそうで味付きに。ほぐしチャーシューがしっかりした味でそのままでも大変美味しかったです。次は醤油ですかねー。

仕事で鶯谷だったのでBM店のこちらへ。初めてだけど美味しそうだったので限定メニューを注文。細麺か太麺どちらか聞かれたので店員さんオススメの太麺をお願いしました。オススメを答えてくれる店員さんて良いですよね。
やや縮れた中細麺。多少粘度のあるスープでとんこつ/煮干し/かつお/さば/むろあじ/昆布/椎茸などで出汁をとっているそうです。バランスの良い豚骨魚介といった印象。玉ねぎがスープにバッチリ合っていて良かった。
