麺は自家製麺で食感は良好でした。
具材はキャベツ、モヤシ、人参、キクラゲ、岩海苔で構成。
キャベツは芯が多めで固さがあるが問題なし。
モヤシ、人参、キクラゲは柔らか仕様。
岩海苔はバラで緑色で後乗せされる。
風味が良くてスープと相性が良かったです。
スープは塩味。
出汁は鶏ガラや香味野菜に化調を加える感じでしょうか？
野菜の甘みも手伝って塩分の尖りがなく飲み易いスープでした。
また、油分も程よく感じられます。
接客はとても丁寧。
入店時には常連客と店員さんが昼食中でアットホームな雰囲気でした。
次回は『タンメン￥700』を頂いてみたいです。

The noodles were homemade and the texture was good.
The ingredients are cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, jellyfish, and rock laver.
The cabbage has a lot of core and is firm, but there is no problem.
Soft specifications for bean sprouts, carrots, and jellyfish.
Rock laver is rose and is green and put on the back.
It had a good flavor and compatibility with soup.
The soup is salty.
Is the dashi soup added to chicken and flavored vegetables?
The soup was so easy to drink that it helped with the sweetness of the vegetables and had no saltiness.
You can also feel the oil.
The customer service is very polite.
At the time of entering the store, regular customers and shop assistants were having lunch and had a cozy atmosphere.
Next time I would like to receive "Tanmen \700".
It was a treat.

地元に密着した町中華で、メニューも豊富。
ここは、定番のラーメン半チャーハンと思ったのですが。お隣のワンタン麺が美味しうだったので変更。ツルツルのワンタンが最高でした。スープの濃薄いも注文出来て、少し濃いめがいい味付けかもです。
また行きたいと思いました。時節柄テイクアウトも豊富でしたよ。
I had lunch here on my way home from business.
The town is Chinese, which is closely related to the local area, and the menu is abundant.
I thought this was a classic ramen half fried rice. The wonton noodles next door were delicious, so I changed it. The slippery wonton was the best. You can also order a thick soup, and a slightly thicker one may be a good seasoning.
I wanted to go again. There were also plenty of timely takeouts.

出前ひっきりなしの地元密着型。自家製手打麺は縮れ麺で、スープはあっさり系。自分はみそラーメンが好き❗️

ワンタン麺750円ををいただきました。
こちらは界隈の人気店でご時世がらか
出前の注文の電話がひっきりなし
厨房も4人体制と人気の様子が伺える。
●スープ
香味野菜と鶏ガラのWスープで香味野菜の旨味を感じる
カエシしが弱めで塩分濃度は低く個人的には好きな感じだが
昨今の塩分濃度強め好きには物足りないと感じるかも
その場合は濃いめで注文も可能。
●麺
自家製の細ちぢれ麺はピロピロしており茹で感は柔らかめだがプリプリで美味しい
●具材
ワンタン×7にメンマにワカメに柔らかめのチャーシューと
そしてやや厚切りのナルトに刻みネギ
ワンタンは庵は少なめだがチュルンとした食感が
美味しくチャーシューも厚めで良い感じ。
本日も美味しくいただきました。

The homemade thin noodles are fluffy and the boiled feeling is soft, but it is delicious with pre-preparation
● Ingredients
Wonton x 7 with Menma, Wakame seaweed and soft char siu
And chopped green onions in a slightly thick slice of Naruto
Wonton has a small hermitage but has a chewy texture
It's delicious and the char siu is thick and nice.
It was delicious today as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small restaurant that serves amazing food. The gyoza is one of the best I've ever had. The yuzu tsukemen tasted amazing. The stock is flavourful and noodles are springy. The egg was evenly marinated. Definitely will go back again if given the chance.
