ユ	ユウジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレカが趣味なので通販サイトでよく愛用していました。最近の事ですがたった一度の不良品の返品対応をしただけで一切の購入取引をしてもらえなくなりました。 3連マグネットホルダーを購入した際、半分も不良品があった為、不良品の対応と発送方法の対応の問い合わせをしました。商品は返品して状態を確認した後返金、発送方法はこれ以上の改善はできないとのこと。そのやりとりの間も通販サイトで注文していたのですが返品対応の結果、今後の取引は受け付けないとのことで注文もキャンセルされ、一方的に取引を断ち切られました。私はただ商品交換ができるのか、発送方法の改善ができるのかを問い合わせて、無理だったなら諦めるつもりだったのに返品・返金対応をすると言われ指示に従っただけなのにこの対応でした。その後も商品の購入がしたいこと、今後も取引を継続したい旨を伝えたのですが取り付く島もなし。試しに後日注文したけど案の定一方的なキャンセルの連絡が来るだけ。ウルトラプロの商品が好きでこちらでよく重宝させてもらってたのですが、こんな後味の悪い関係の終わり方でとても残念です。通販サイトで購入されてる方、これから購入される方はこれを踏まえてお気をつけください。 My hobby is trading cards, so I used to use it on mail-order sites. Recently, I haven't been able to make any purchase transactions after only one return of defective products. When I purchased the triple magnet holder, half of the products were defective, so I inquired about how to deal with defective products and how to ship them. After returning the product and checking the condition, it will be refunded, and the shipping method can not be improved any more. During that exchange, I was ordering on the mail order site, but as a result of returning goods, the order was canceled because I would not accept future transactions, and the transaction was unilaterally cut off. I just asked if I could exchange the item or improve the shipping method, and if it wasn't possible, I was going to give up, but I was told that I would accept returns and refunds, but I just followed the instructions. After that, I told him that he wanted to purchase the product and that he would like to continue trading, but there was no island to attach to. I ordered it at a later date as a trial, but I just received a one-sided cancellation notice. I liked Ultra Pro products and used to come in handy here, but I'm very sorry for the end of such a bad aftertaste. Those who have purchased from the mail order site and those who will purchase from now on should be careful based on this.

B	Brian L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to walk a long way to get here but it was worth the effort. This shop caters to sports collectors primarily but they still have some comic cards. They also sell hobby supplies like sleeves, toploaders etc. The owner was polite and tried to be helpful even though he did not speak much English.
