18年振りに訪れて見りゃ、単なるｶﾞｷ向けの玩具店。
昔は大人やﾏﾆｱも納得のﾌｨｷﾞｭｱの品揃えだったのに、今は幼児向けの玩具ばかり…。
高津駅前から雨の中を、結構な距離を歩いて行ったのに、この有り様…。
地元のﾌﾞｯｸｵﾌの方が遥かにﾏｼ。
ﾏｼﾞに時間と労力を無駄にした1日だったわ。
二度と行かん。

The local Book Off is far better.
It was a really wasted day of time and effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 246号の登りからしか入れないので行きにくいですが、平日は駐車場が空いていて使いやすい。店内はセンター南と同じぐらいの広さかな。空いている分、買い物もしやすいです。感染防止対策？でついているレジのビニールシートがカード操作するときや商品受け取りするときに汚いシートが手や顔に当たり邪魔。消毒もマスクもしてるからいらないと思う。つけるなら不衛生だから毎日交換を。
It is difficult to reach because you can only enter from the climb of No. 246, but it is easy to use because the parking lot is vacant on weekdays. The inside of the store is about the same size as Center Minami. It's easy to shop because it's free. Infection prevention measures? The dirty vinyl sheet on the cash register hits your hands and face when you operate the card or receive the product. I don't think I need it because I'm disinfecting and masking. If you put it on, it's unsanitary, so replace it every day.

次の日に電話したらその日中に商品交換から配送までしてくださり、
最後までとても丁寧で感動しました。
私のこの口コミで、不良品だったのが問題では？と思う方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、お店問わず沢山商品を扱っている中でどこかしらで必ず不良品は生まれてしまうものです。
でもその後の対応は、お店によっては様々です。
忙しいお店なら尚更迅速に対応できなかったりします。
ですので今回初めてこちらの店舗を利用させて頂きましたが
とても安心でき、嬉しかったです。
ネット通販も沢山ありますが、このようにちゃんとしたリアル店舗で
購入して良かったな、また行きたいなという気持ちにさせてくれました（＾＾）！
息子も大喜びの素敵な日になりました。

表示価格、レシートチェックしたほうがいいです
こどもに買ったプレゼントのレゴはがっかりするほどカタログがぐちゃぐちゃに入っていました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供へのプレゼントを包装後保管してもらうようお願いしていたのですが、受け取りに行ったら最悪な包装のされ方でした。
中のものが見えている、包装紙が破れている、中のものにいくつもセロハンテープがとめてある、包装紙を何度も何度も折った跡がある。
包装紙は買っているものですし、何しろプレゼントなのにこれはありえません。
包装紙が足りないならその旨連絡するべきだと思いますし、出来ないなら初めから断るべきです。
これで包装できていると思っている従業員もおかしいと思います。
包装の意味はお分かりなんでしょうか。
プレゼント包装の講習でもやった方がいいんじゃないでしょうか？
本当に腹が立ちました。
このお店では絶対に包装してもらわない方がいいです。
