皆	皆戸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で物件が空いているか確認したら「ご案内できます。」と言われたので、予約して伺ったら「埋まっちゃいました。」と言われ、別の物件を紹介された。当初の内覧したかった物件ではないところを内覧したが、案内がポンコツだった。案内が凄く下手でイライラしたので1件だけ内覧して帰った。千三つの典型的な不動産会社だと思った。もう二度と利用しない。これから利用する方は気を付けた方がいいと思う。 When I confirmed by phone that the property was vacant, I was told, "I can guide you." y	yo na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で内見予約した時間を当日になってからズラしたかったらしく「内見する物件に先客が入ってしまいそこで申し込みまで行ったら2番手になってしまうので」といきなり2時間ほど繰り上げた時間か30分遅い時間を提案された。繁忙期ではない今、同じ時間に被りますか？というか被せますか？こちらが予約していた時間にいきなり他のお客さんの予約を入れこちらを申し込み1番手にする為に時間を変更するって… そんなもの通じませんよ。本当は時間ズラしたい上に焦らせて契約させたかっただけでしょ。当日は仕事だから電話はしないでメールにして欲しいと伝えたのに電話をしてくるしいい加減ですね。仕事だと言ったのにどうやって2時間繰り上げて内見するんですか。下手な嘘をついて誰もがまんまと信じると思わないでください。不信感しかないので、二度と利用する事はありません。 After the time reserved for preview by phone on the day It seems that I wanted to slip "Because there is a predecessor in the property to be inspected, and if you go to the application there, you will be in second place."
