D	Do digital on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初「人を大切にする」ことを言っていたので、買い物件をお任せしたのですが、結論詐欺まがいの契約でした。引き渡し日を一切説明せずに、契約後に伝えられました。引き渡し日を伝えていたのにも関わらずです。大切なイベントもあるので、絶対引っ越し出来なかったのですが、引っ越しは後でもいいですよと他人事です。ミスリードを繰り返すので、テンプレート無いのかと聞いたら、平然と人によって違うのでありませんと答えられました。他の不動産屋さんに聞いたらありえないという話です。役職、名前、ローンを組む銀行など違いますが、過去の実績あれば何を伝えるべきか場合分け出来るのですが、この会社は名前が違えば別の案件になるので、テンプレート化できずに属人化されます。伝え漏れ抜け漏れが発生した場合は、人を糾弾するのみで組織としての改善はしないようです。役職持ちや、会社役員までこの思想なので、人を大切にするではなく、人に頼る会社の間違いです。紹介されたリフォーム会社も、工期を相談せずに見積もりを出して契約をしてくるので、もはやこの会社の伝統なのかと思いました。人によっては良いかと思いますが、実績が乏しいため人の経験値もあやしいかと感じました。 At first, I said "I value people", so I left it to me for shopping, but the conclusion was a fraudulent contract.
