★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is tasty but expensive for this level of restaurant bar. The restaurant down one floor is the same quality but cheaper.
The view is amazing but there is a table charge you won't get if you eat at the top of roppongi hills.
Some of the waiters have a seriously arrogant attitude. It kills the atmosphere.
It gets very very noisy at night. If you plan to come for dinner hearing the conversation at your table can be impossible.
Come once for the view. I doubt you will feel the need to come twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the good: the service was really great - warm and professional. the decor is romantic and view is quite nice. decent range of price options (set dinner courses ranged from around ¥3500~¥6000ish).
the bad: tiny portions. and the food was honestly nothing special - maybe the atmosphere and service led me to believe i’d be experiencing some top-notch dining, but even considering the cheaper options, i wasn’t very impressed with the food.
the worst offender by far was the dry-aged “steak”, which cost a whopping extra ¥2200 but turned out to be two bite-sized chunks of pretty okay beef. i expected an amazing steak and decided to go for it despite the price, and i was sorely disappointed. i think it’s a seasonal menu option, but seriously, do NOT shell out for that steak.
conclusion: i didn’t have a terrible time and it wasn’t prohibitively expensive, but just know that you’re mostly paying for the view and dining experience, not the actual food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite spots in Shibuya for a fancy (but reasonably priced) night for drinks (and the food is great too)! The ambiance is great - excellent views of the city (I love the elevator ride up) and the lighting is great at the restaurant. Menu favorites are the lamb hummus, Caesar salad, crispy French fries, and baked Alaska! The staff is always really kind and helpful. The menu is available in English, and every time I've gone there's been English speaking staff to help with reservations. Such a great option for a night out downtown!
