お昼のランチでお邪魔させて頂きました♪カウンターには常連さんらしき男性の方が一人、とカウンターの向こうに店主が。あいにく今年最後の営業日のようでランチはつけ麺のみでしたが、こちらとても気に入りました。店主の人柄が滲み出ているような付け汁でした。濃いめの味付けですが、甘くパンチが効いています。うどんもツルツルコシがあり美味しい♪ 本当は他の料理が狙いだったのですが、これはこれで大変素晴らしいお味でした。 機会があれば是非他の料理もお酒を飲みながらじっくり味わいたいものです。 店主は人情に厚く、ドラマの俳優さんにも負けない雰囲気の持ち主です。話す内容や口調、身振り手振り、素晴らしいので見惚れてしまいました(笑)

このお店に行って、渋川ってゆう街自体が大好きになりました!本当におすすめです。 メニューはお酒以外は基本、板長におまかせなのですが、クオリティがえぐい。 感動し過ぎて写真を撮り忘れたメニューがいくつかありますが、一品一品が丁寧で、美しくて、もちろん美味しくて、聞くと板長は新宿の荒木町で修行されていたとか。 額に汗をかきながら、完璧なタイミングで次の料理とお酒も運んできてくれ、話も面白くてロマンスグレーでタンディな板長。 お酒も器にも拘っていて、お料理に合わせてコンサルしてくれ、ついつい大量摂取。 ふらっと入ったのにこんな素敵なお店と板長に出会えて、本当に幸運な満月のハロウィンでした。

ゴルフ後に4名で忘年会を兼ねて晩飯に訪れた。お任せコース5000円を頼み、生ビール1杯、日本酒2杯、焼酎1本を4人で呑んだ。小鉢で出る少量の数々の料理は普通に美味しい。豚バラのしゃぶしゃぶが出たが山盛りでジ・エンドお腹いっぱい。会計は1人16,000円で、5000円の料理も、会計もお任せの店です。この値段ならば・・・??もう少し!の感想です。1万円なら⭐︎3の納得するレベルです。

つけ麺を頂きました。チャーシューが丁寧な味で、麺はツルツルでコシがありました!汁はお茶漬けにもいけそうだし、焼酎で割っても旨そうです。店主の仕事してる後ろ姿だけで、あっ、こだわってるな、ここ、旨いな!って、食べる前から感じる店です! 次は午後に和食を食べに来たいです!

ディナーのお任せ2人で1万円のコースをを頼みましたが少し高めのお値段でした。 下記メニューで合計¥16,000です。 ・前菜 ・生しらす ・カツオ ・豚、鹿肉、ハツのしぐれ煮 ・トマト ・細切れ豚のステーキ(レア焼き) ・お酒×6杯(単価約650円) 店長の人柄は良かったんですけど、料理と金額が見合ってないと思いました、、、味は美味しかったです。

昼に入りました。 電車まであまり時間が無いので、ササッと食べられる店を探して見付けました。夜は和食の店みたいですね。 店内は木をふんだんに使った内装で、山小屋みたいな感じがしました。カウンターはソーシャルディスタンスで3名位しか座れなくしています。テーブルは3卓有りますが、掘炬燵みたいに成っていて、靴を脱いで座るタイプでした。 頼んだのは《まる豚つけ麺中盛り》《ニラ唐辛子》950円です。 麺はラーメンとうどんのハイブリッド麺とのこと。歯応えが強く、ツルツルしていました。 スープは豚骨と和風の合わせスープだそう。やや和風が強い気がします。醤油ベースで、肉等が中に入っています。あまり濃くはないですね。 ニラ唐辛子はサッと茹でてタレに漬けたのか、やや固い食感。ニラの匂いが強いので、口臭には気を付けた方が良いかも。あまり辛いとは思いませんでした。 チャーシューは少し歯応えが有るタイプで、あまり肉の旨味は感じませんでした。 麺がツルツルしているせいか、スープの絡みが悪い気がします。少しスープに漬け込んでから食べれば絡みますが、直ぐだと弱い感じがしますね。 無難に纏めたつけ麺との印象でした。 ごちそうさまでした。
