桑	桑原健 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチしか行ってないのでその感想。あじフライがウマイ！肉厚でホカホカ。衣もサックリちょうど良い揚げ加減。おすすめしたい食べ方は半身をしょう油、残りをタルタルで。新鮮なアジを使っているからソースではそのうま味が伝わらずもったいない。他に焼き魚、刺身などはその日の鮮魚リストから好きな魚を選べるがこれまたウマイ！一匹の魚の半身を刺身、残りを焼き魚で食べられるハーフ&ハーフが頼めることもあり、二度おいしい感があって魚好きには嬉しいところ。ごはんはジャーからセルフなのだが、新米シーズンになると二銘柄炊いてくれたりして思わずお代わり、食べ比べしてしまう。 I only go to lunch, so that's my impression.
