★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ５月１２日、午後来所しました。約90分の待ち時間が生じて辛かったです。高次脳障害と自閉症スペクトラム障害、ＡＤＨＤなどを抱えている者からすると辛かったです。回りの職員の配慮がないのは、憤りを感んじました。6年近く多く来所して来て暫く来所が遠ざかると挨拶もできる職員がいなくなるのですね？とてもがっかりしました。

It was painful for those with higher brain disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, etc. I was angry that there was no consideration for the surrounding staff. 駐車場も少し遠くにあって足の具合の悪い人には辛いかもしれません。
でも、職員さんは親切で良かったと思います。

最初窓口にて証明写真を出してほしいと伝えられ、「1枚余っているので持って来ます」と言ったが、後日都合が悪くなり電話にて郵送で送ってよいか聞いたところ郵送ではダメだとの回答。
理由を伺ったが明確な理由が回答されなかったので上長に確認するよう担当者に言ったところ郵送でも大丈夫との回答だった。まずこれが1つ目の問題。
2つ目は後日連絡があり証明写真を2枚出してほしかったと言われたことだ。
最初の窓口の人は1枚といっていたし、電話の担当者も枚数については一切触れなかった。郵便物を作る手間と特定記録での送料300円ほどを返して欲しいくらいだ。
以上のことからハローワーク渋川の職員は信用できない。今後ご利用される方は職員とのやり取りをボイスレコーダーかメモでしっかりと記録に残すことをお勧めする。
